Great location, appealing and interesting design of the lobby and the rooms, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful and non-obtrusive, polite and professional.

The quality of the food at breakfast was mediocre, nothing particularly appealing. In the season of the best fresh fruits there was only a plate with cut apples and citruses, with a sparse sprinkle of blueberries. The breakfast offering was exactly the same every day, no variation whatsoever. My teenage kid, who is a foodie and was looking forward to breakfast at the hotel, did not come to breakfast after the first day. Very disappointing.

Very good location, close to bus station, city centre and the beach. Got to use the loungers for free at the beach when showed our key cards for the hotel, otherwise it is for a charge. Food fresh and tasty everyday.

The aircon controller was broken, there was no proper ventilation or toilet extraction, the wc was always wet and smelt of dampness and mould. Towels and swimsuits remained wet all the time. Staff were very inconsistent - some of them were welcoming, others looked like our presence annoyed them. Breakfast food delicious but very limited choice and the team were in no rush to replenish what was out.

The hotel is lovely - it is just a few min from the central bus and railway station, providing even quicker access to the port and the boats traveling to St. Anastasia island. The beach is just 3 min away. The personnel was very kind and assisting - both at the reception and at the bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself was really cool - the food was amazing and the view towards the sea - a bonus! The rooms were tidy and very clean! Thank you for the hospitality!

It’s literally 5 walking minutes from the beach. There are 2 type of rooms: one with the view on an interior, small yard kind of space without direct sunlight at all and normal view rooms to the beach or marina.

1.Hotel is in the perfect spot, rooms are very clean and quiet, equipped with Daikin AC units but never managed to set temperature lower than 22’C. Only one English channel on the tv, not many channels, bring a book. 2. Breakfast was everyday almost the same, small difference in the fruits options and bakery. 3. There are 2 Lavazza cafe machines but in order to get a good one ask the bartender for an espresso or ristretto, it’s free for hotel guests, even if we were informed that the same cafe beans are used. Exactly! The difference is huge! 3. Don’t expect too much hospitality and smiles. Maybe it was end of the season, there are all tired or something. The do the minimum.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. Lovely location overlooking the marina. Rooms are exceptionally spacious, we had a room overlooking the marina with large windows enjoying a good view over the water. Furniture is quite ‘no frills’ but everything is clean and works. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with good shower. Good choice of food options for breakfast in the Dock 5 restaurant. We also had dinner here and it is excellent. We would be happy to stay here again.

The room might have benefitted from a couple of soft chairs to enjoy the view even more. No kettle is provided.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the breakfast and the view over the docks.

I found the beds a little uncomfortable, and so did my wife, we had a dock/sea view, which was excellent. However, it was quite sunny when we were there and heated the room up quite considerably to 29.4, we set the air-conditioning to 21 bit even with it remaining on for a few hours was unable to cool the room to less than 28.1. Unfortunately this would be the reason we would not stay there again which is unfortunate because we liked everything else very much.

The view from the window of the double room, 3rd floor looking at the sea - mesmerizing! It was very clean. I liked the art atmosphere of the hotel and the location was just perfect - close to everything - the railway station, the sea garden, the beach.

There was no balcony nor terrace, which I realized is not comfortable for a seaside hotel - if you go to the beach, there is nowhere to hang your wet towel or swimming suit afterwards, except for a place in the bathroom. It's a business hotel I realized, so maybe that isn't a big issue normally. Still I found it inconvenient. The breakfast wasn't that great and they said at check in it was from 7 in the morning, but the next morning the other receptionist said it's from 7:30 and the restaurant actually opened at 7:40 am. In the room description in Booking it said that there is an iron in the room -there wasn't.

Delighted to report the breakfast was a real treat and the coffee excellent. One night stay over set us up for a long day's travel. Excellent position... close to beach, port, coach station and rail station... and the town. Many thanks. Hope to stay in the future.

Nothing to dislike really. It works well and feels good. I usually avoid new builds but, yes it is a new build hotel but designed to do the job. The owners are working well to evolve a character for the hotel based with more than a tilt to modernism. The arts theme will evolve I imagine to offer something.

The hotel is quite new and modern, the room was spacious, decent breakfast. The hotel was pretty clean.

The staff were very rude at breakfast and didn’t want to serve as good as at dinners. The coffee was terrible and there was no food left at 9:30. The info in Booking says there is parking onsite but you need to pay extra for that which is not cool as there is no alternative for parking in the area. If he pillows in the room we’re very stiff and high and uncomfortable.

We upgraded to the sea view and it was so worth it. We slept with the window blinds open and every morning the views were amazing. The hotel restaurant is extremely delicious and all the food was great! They have so many options I wish we could have eaten there more times. The water pressure and temperature was great in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Access to the beach across the street and the pier.

The air conditioning doesn't work well, the room would never get below 22.6 and at one point was as high as 24. A bit of a walk to the old town/center but that is understandable as you are by the water front. Only German channels on the TV.
