The best hotel in Bulgaria and my personal favourite, our fourth time visiting Villa Promenade and it’s consistently a great experience. The rooms feel brand new - clean, model and like they were built the day before. The staff are friendly and helpful. Such a great experience and a 2 min walk to the beach and less than 5-10 to the centre.

Hard to say as they are generous with lots of nice extras in the fridge (wine, coffee and chocolates). My only complaint was the TV volume was low and that’s me trying to find fault.

Our "suite" with separate areas for bed, washbasin, shower and WC was quite spacious, all done up luxuriously. There was even a claw footed tub with bath salts for soaking after a day of walking. Not only was there an expresso machine but also soft drinks and a bottle of wine included (no tea). They were also wonderful about saving a parking space in front also gratis. We loved our stay and wished we could stay longer

We were in #51 on the ground floor. We felt a bit like a fishbowl with so many pedestrians walking near our windows. We had to keep the curtains closed. Ask for an upstairs room. Pillows were squishy and not comfortable. A small point but the woman at the reception with a blonde ponytail could be a bit friendlier and greet guests with a smile.

This is the third time we visit the property. Beautiful hotel, with large rooms. Very comfortable. Located very centrally, close to the beach, the sea garden and a short walk from the port. Check-in process was great and the guy at reception was very friendly.

We had two rooms booked in the 'villa' part. Coffee machines in both rooms had issues and needed maintenance. Also the hair drier in one of the rooms wasn't working. The breakfast is also not as good as it used to be. Just a small buffet. While items were good, nothing special in the end with no variation. Worst part is that the room on the ground floor had some ants (not many). When we informed the staff at reception about, the blond woman was very unfriendly and tried to somehow blame us for this?! Needless to say, all of this is not acceptable for the standards claimed or the price paid.

Clean, perfect location, great service, awesome and helpful team that works there! From the booking till goodbye I felt cared and the managers thought about all the little details!

Excellent place to stay , the room & public area were clean & tidy . We were in room 54 , which was beautifully designed, the room was large and separate from bath , coffee pod, water , bottle of wine and chocolate were freely available. A popular restaurant available on the ground floor , as a guest we were entitled for 10 % discount, after taking dinner the waiter said it was not possible to get a discount and ask to get refund from hotel , off-course we did not approached the hotel managers to get refund, nevertheless the dinner was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, amazing room, thoughtful extras like chocolates and water in the room for no additional cost. Location is superb.

We were in Room 54. The room is large and bright with an adjoining bathroom at the end of a short corridor. There is a bath and a large shower. The room has a large bed and tv, and there are comfortable chairs too. Coffee pods and bottled water were freely available. It was very quiet as there is only one other room on the floor and that is opposite. The lift access was close and also gave access to the gym and sauna. It is necessary to go outside the front door and walk a few metres for breakfast. We were semi attached to the hotel but didn't feel out of it. On the ground floor is a lounge area and an office space with a desk. The restaurant is very popular and we ate there one evening. The food and service were very good. As guests in the hotel, we were entitled to a welcome 10% discount. The reception staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English for us. They called a taxi when we wanted, which was helpful. The location is across from the steps to the beach. In between is a lovely green promenade and park area. This will take you to the main area of restaurants, cafes and bars. The Archaeological Museum is worth a visit. Parking appears to be at a premium in this area. It will be necessary to book a space if arriving by car. Fortunately, we were on foot.

Pillows. One soft and one soft square and one fancy decorative little thing. My husband found one firmer one in the wardrobe, which sorted me out. Normally, I love hotel pillows but not so much this time. Breakfast, for the hotel, was a bit lacking. No juice, no honey. The bacon on day one was lovely crispy bacon but the next two days it was a chewy mystery meat, which I avoided. Bread was dry and thin for toast. If you like eggs you will be happy. The Yogurt was lovely.

Good location close to the beach and the city centre!

Friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was spectacular.
