The staff was great Also the location and parking

Maybe was my fault to not ask. The air conditioner on the top level, didn't worked. Was very hot. Also the breakfast was a quite shabby. But was according with the low cost asked...so in the end, I received what I paid. So, ask before if the AC work, you can choose breakfast, but for 10 leva don't expect to receive too much, but you're not starving either

I stayed only for a night. The location was easy to find, and parking is possible both on the way and under the building. The check-in was so easy, and the staff is really helpful. The elevator functions well. The room is big and has two televisions. I loved the coffee machine and utensils in the room. The staff provides slippers incase asked. The best part of the hotel is its breakfast, which is way more delicious and varied than at several other hotels. I would definitely stay here next time.

The floor of the bathroom is slippery. There are some precautions, but the shower place is not separated with a window or something. Therefore, all the water goes into the middle of the bathroom.

Excellent level of hospitality , brand new facilities, welcoming atmosphere, big comfortable, exceptionally well cleaned rooms . High quality bed sheets and towels , sustainable toiletries ,well aired hallways , comfortable beds, normal size lift to the upper levels, professional service at the reception ! There was late evening water supply interruption caused by the city of Shumen , meanwhile hotel's team acted immediately and restored the water supply via local hotel's reservoir installed for such events . I am amid traveller around the world and I was very pleased to find such level of exceptional service here ! Keep the good work !

My only suggestion is to make sure drainage in the bathroom floor is regularly cleaned and water is easy to drain. Maybe to change the concept into shower cabin instead of open floor bathroom space. It was very clean , but keeps wet floor (and possibly slippery ) for a while after using the shower.

It was very warm inside and very clean, the coffee machine and that the kitchen was equipped we liked that.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, curtains don't fit to the windows so we had lot of light coming in, in the morning. We had coffee but no sugar and salt.

New modern and clean small hotel! Small free private parking under the hotel and well organized self check-in during the night! Really comfortable mattress.

Access to the parking is not easy when there are cars parked in front of the hotel (almost not possible)! I can recommend the hotel to start offering a bottle or two of water for the guests in the rooms...something life saving for people arriving during the night!

Free indoor parking area. Direct access to the rooms from the parking lot. Pretty big room with modern furniture. Friendly staff. Even a bidet in the toilet which is a big plus.

The room floor was a bit dusty. It wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

I was here for the second time. Thus I knew the hotel and fortunately nothing has changed to the worse. Friendly staff, excellent WiFi. A real bonus is the free-of-charge garage (with charging station, already!)

A dog in the neighbouring room barking at night and in the morning is a no-go, but preaumably an exception.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable! The beds are hard and very comfortable! The staff is very kind and helpful. There is an underground parking with limited spots, but parking on the street is also possible. The location is not ideal, as there is construction on bith sides of the hotel, but there wasn't any noice inside.

Easy to find and close to supermarket and food. Off street parking. Reception was very nice and made the booking process easy. Would highly recommend staying at this property. Clean and tidy rooms.
