My room was quite large with several chairs and tables, a refrigerator and electric kettle. Lots of space and two windows for ventilation. Good air conditioning as it was hot! Very nice staff who were helpful even before I arrived. About ten minutes walking from the train station, and about the same to the History Museum. A good location, close to things but on a quiet side street. Small market just steps away, but a fantastic grocery store just five minutes walking.

This is the first time in six weeks traveling I’ve had an electric kettle, but no coffee/tea or cups. I travel with a reusable cup and bought 3 in 1 coffee at the grocery store - but be prepared! Good shower, but the tub itself needs repair.

The hotel is in a quite small building not far from the center of Shumen. You can arrive easily by car and you can park in the street or, if you are lucky, in the tiny courtyard of the hotel. Our room was very spacious with 2 windows, a living area with 2 little sofas, 2 comfortable beds and a desk with a chair. Furniture was nice; bathroom OK, it had a bath. There is a restaurant on the ground floor: we had a good dinner, even if we waited a long time for our meals. We could have a whole breakfast, but we prefer to order only coffee, milk and pancakes. Reception is always open and the employee speaks English. Good value for money!

The location is calm, but not attractive. Booking says that the hotel is 150mt from the center, really you have to walk about 1 km. During the evening lamps couldn’t light up the room.

I often use this family run hotel and I am always satisfied with the service. The rooms are comfortable and the small restaurant inside is a plus. The staff is very polite and helpful. It is near the center and someone can have a pleasant walk around. Never had any troubles finding a free parking space in front of the hotel. Perhaps the breakfast needs some improvement even with some increase of the price.

The central location, very close to the beautiful small city park, city center and the train station. The rooms are big and clean. The mattresses are comfortable. You can open the windows for fresh air. (The area is very quiet.) People who work in this family hotel are very kind and helpful. There is a restaurant on the first floor. THANK YOU for making us feel at home!

Spacious room in the city center, next to great city park which our kid enjoyed. Comfortable beds, pleasant stuff, free parking available, bathtub, very clean. We spend just one night on our road trip and enjoyed our stay.

We had a catler but only glasses no mugs.

We had a spacious family room with garden view. The room was very quiet and impeccably clean. The hotel is conveniently located near excellent restaurants, and the staff was extremely helpful. I can only recommend them!

Quality of bed sheets and mattress protectors need to be improved to meet the very high standards that the hotel otherwise displays..

There was a woman in the restaurant and she was quite sulky. Why not give a smile when you see the hotel customers, I dont get it. Other than that, everyone was super helpful and super nice. I'll stay here next time I visit Shumen for sure.

Parking places neraby, even they dont have parking, good food at the restaurant. Big and clean rooms Good experience for famillies with children.
