cleanliness, location

- the bathroom is very strange..as you can see, there are no pictures of the bathroom either, because it is a room, with a toilet, a sink and a shower, without a shower cabin or anything else..you simply wash inside the bathroom , the water will go everywhere, toilet, sink...clothes... - the parking place.. you can find it in front of the hotel, they don't have reserved places for those staying at the hotel.. they are public places and if you can't find a place in front of the hotel, you have to look for a place around the hotel, if you're lucky to find it, if you won't walk for a while.. - there is no staff to be available NONSTOP, only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and very well kept, it looked exactly like the photos. We had a small issue with our booking because we accidentally made a reservation for one night short but there was no problem with extending our visit and the staff was very helpful with that. The place was very close to the railway station and the center of the city. We will definitely stay here if we come to Stara Zagora again.

A snug and lovely hotel with impeccable service - fully worthy of its great reviews! First of all, words cannot describe the hospitality of Konstantin and his manager. From the moment we entered we felt welcome and looked after to an extremely high standard. A special thank you for the very thoughtful craft beer upon arrival and chocolates upon departure: they were delicious, you made two weary travellers extremely happy. :) Second of all, the hotel's just great - its central location is ideal for exploring Stara Zagora. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and sparkling clean. A big plus are the amenities: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fridge. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend Fox for the outstanding customer service and laid back vibe. You rock! ❤️

Good location, very central. Modern well equipped room. Comfortable and friendly. It has style. We had no difficulty finding a parking space just outside the hotel.

A downside of the central location is that there is quite a bit of street noise, so you cant leave your windows open.

Very clean, very friendly. Super comfortable, nice atmosphere. Breakfast is at a cafe a little down the street, also very friendly. Coffee and pastry.

Parking can be a little challenging to find. We did find a spot to put the car during our stay, about an 8 minute walk away.

The bed was not so comfortable, personal preference; the cover/top sheets are actually two separate sleeping sheets, so one for xx each person, rather than a full sheet, which makes for a less comfortable set up.

Everything, location , hosts, cleanliness, good recommendations for restaurants within walking distance, and a superb micro brewery within 5 minutes walk , our second time staying there on our travels, will definitely be back in 2026

The location is really comfortable for guests of Stara Zagora as it is in the middle of the city. The rooms were comfy and clean. We enjoyed particularly the interior of the hotel - all the art in the corridors makes it really welcoming and cozy. Based on the pictures of the celebrities on the walls one can tell whole stories.

The only minus would be the bathroom, not having a suitable place to take shower and the bad smell from the shower drain.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the location - perfect.

In this particular room (not sure if it applies to all rooms) the walls felt very thin as we could hear very clearly everything in the corridor and one of the neighbouring rooms.
