The only thing it was embarrassing for me, was the cleaning staff. They start cleaning at 8 o’clock at the morning with vacuum cleaner and wake me up. Was too noisy for more then 25 minutes. You can not do such a noise when you have guests in the rooms.

Location was great - nice spots reachable in walking distance. Very quiet and easy to access. 2 Apples in a basket and a bottle of water help when you arrive from a long trip. Breakfast was OK, people responsive to what I asked for. Exceptionally clean. Price ratio of 65 Euros acceptable since breakfast was included.

Facilities do not look new, the aircondition was old and working very low. Carpet on the floor which is always a bit peculiar.

It was a lovely, modern and clean twin room with an ensuite shower/wc room. 1.5 litres of water was supplied as the water in the ensuite was not drinkable (as per the sign) and there were sachets of instant coffee. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful

I couldn't get the TV to operate.

Great system with booking in (special code etc). Air conditioning was very adjustable. Decent size bath (not small like hotels). Staff very amenable Quiet location (despite close proximity to centre) Good breakfast & excellent coffee machine

They are converting the conference area to a restaurant so some building work going on. I have no doubt that when it is up and running then the hotel will be exceptional.

Self check in was very easy. Room was very clean. Breakfast was continental and was normal. Nothing bad, nothing exceptional

It is not a dislike but the rooms are very warm(July) and the AC was too powerful to sleep with it ON all night. It is not a very bad thing from my point of view. Also I think the hotel was downgraded or something because now it is only 3 stars.

The room was comfortable and spacious. I had everything I needed. The hotel is in a nice location very near to the city center. Self check-in is easy and fast. I didn't have time to check the breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, except for the pillows. Too soft for my taste.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the city center, in a quiet neighborhood, guarded by many linden trees, so if you hit the beginning of June you will enjoy the strong scent of linden flowers, felt otherwise all over town. The hotel rooms are spacious, very clean, fully equipped and exemplary cleanliness. The bathroom is also perfectly clean, without specific odors, towels are changed daily. Passing through an inner courtyard with roses and other flowers, where you can sit at the table outdoors, you reach the hotel restaurant, arranged in the basement, in a cellar with many bottles of old wine. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff friendly, and at breakfast you can find fresh, quality and very diverse food for all tastes. You will definitely not regret it if you choose to stay at this hotel, which I warmly recommend!

Very spacious and modern and practical rooms . Delicious breakfast ,easy access via code . Well located with the centre of the town . It was extremely reasonably priced . Suitable for business or leasure Would highly recommend

A great hotel in the center of Stara Zagora. Everything was perfect, except the air conditioner that was pissing inside the room every 15-20 minutes.

Everything was great. The self check in is quick and efficient, just make sure to keep your cards with you. The rooms were very clean and with a pleasant vibe. Reasonable breakfast, with water bottles provided. You can eat and drink in the garden patio. Overall an awesome little hotel!

The front side of the hotel is on a busy and loud street, but if you select a garden view the way we did it will not be a problem.
