The indoor pool is nice, but the water was cold. 26 degrees winter time is a but too cool. I expected mineral water and it appear to be there is only one place with such-the public bath/sanatorium. The fitness is below any standard. Even dangerous.

The nature nearby is stunning. Beds are comfortable, swimming pool is clean.

Menu in restaurant is very poor. We'd prefer healthier options. Air conditioners are old and we had to move to another room because was not working.

Staff was very friendly, even if they don't speak English too well. Food was very good. Location is nice.

The room was a complete shock. Everything was extremelly old and dirty. The carpet was disgusting. Beds were broken, fridge had rust in it and did not work, curtains were dirty, the door has a hole in it etc

Nice, spacious room with a great view, food was good. The receptionist and the day bar man were very helpful and friendly. The pools were clean and with the right temperature for us, considering the very hot weather. Good location if you have a car.

The only working facilities were the two swimming pools and the steam room. Fishing was also offered for extra pay, but there was no fish in the lake. The sauna, massages, and the children's tree top walk were unavailable. The restaurant service was very slow due to only one waitress. The barman also cheated us two days in a row - we ordered 500ml wine but were given 350ml, and the second night we ordered 1l but were given 750ml. When we challenged them, they weren't happy, but we asked the quantity to be measured at the time of the serving, and we were right—no apologies or whatsoever from the staff. The fridges in the rooms are unable to cool. The shower was leaking and was a potential slip hazard. The restaurants is only open in certain times of the day, which is causing overcrowding during the opening time and inability for a quicker service. Many guests, who are visiting this place for the 5th time were also complaining and saying that it's gone down. It needs a new management with sure as it's seems the manager doesn't care.
