The hotel has a very nice design. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast. a small coffee machine in the room, with coffee and sugar provided. Also, free small bottles of water provided daily and free toiletries. The view from the terrace is great. The hotel is surrounded by nature and is situated in a quiet area, a little bit outside the city. A car is necessary to get to the old city but it's a small drive (less than 10 mins by car), as the area doesen't seem to have public transport facilities close enough. free parking with many parking spots, which is a very useful facility.

The bathroom is small and there is no shower cabin or curtain, guests have to shower directly on the floor and the bathroom gets flooded right away.

The view is amazing. The personal was friendly and professional. The a la carte food very good.

That there was no cabin for the shower and you were making a lot of mess washing all the bathroom. - this is not something on purpose, the dimension of the bathroom does not fit a shower cabin. That the breakfast was not presented properly: the food table did not have sistem to maintain the right temperature. I ate cold eggs and bacon.

Good location for exploring Velinko tarnovo, we walked to town via the park, great view and lovely walk. Only a few mins to drive to free parking just on the edge of town. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was ordered from the menu, I think purely because they weren't very busy. We would definitely return Comfortable bed and powerful shower, although a bit tight, so maybe not suitable for someone with mobility issues

The place has a nice view, a great restaurant, and plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and breakfast was amazing.

The room could be better ventilated as it smelled of musty/locked humidity upon entry. The toilet's ventilation has to be switched on manually using the second switch, which might not be obvious to guests, leading to a bit of a black mold issue. There is no place to place toiletries except at the sink. There is no divide between the toilet and the shower, which isn't much of an issue but was a bit of a surprise. There is an insect net separating the indoors and outdoor, but somehow, bugs still got in, not sure from where. Breakfast could have been a bit more protected from the flies feasting, but otherwise, it was great.

One of the biggest highlights was the free parking they offer – a rare and valuable perk in a city where parking is notoriously difficult. It made my stay much more convenient. Additionally, the hotel is located with easy access to the Old Town, which was just a short trip away. A fantastic choice for anyone traveling by car.

Very nice, comfortable, clean, business oriented hotel located in a garden with gorgeous garden view opened to surrounded hills. The hotel is within a reasonable distance from center city. 25-30 mins to walk or 5 mins by cab. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive to every request

The only inconvenience is: if you are not on wheels, then the taxi is only option to get to the center city and back.

It’s quiet and the view is beautiful. The staff is very nice and breakfast is good. Also, it has a big parking.

It’s a bit far from the city and I think you need a car or taxi. The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so there is a lot of water on the floor when you shower.

nice place to spend a night or two - the rooms might need some improving/repairs but everything else was good. Breakfast was at the expected level, we liked a lot the view and the green places around.

the room (level 1) was a little bit stuffy, despite the well working ventilation.

The staff was really nice. The mattress was really comfortable, it was really clean. The food is great and the view from the restaurant is amazing.

I didn't like the bathroom, it was too small and showering was a little difficult. Also there was little to none storage space in the bathroom, so you don't really have the space to put your personal hygiene products.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean.

Not very close to the city center but we knew that beforehand so it's not a big minus.
