The location of this hotel is the best. It is great to start an old town and the Ashen Square is very close. I had a cup of coffee while looking at Ashen Square and the bridge, which is because the location of the hotel was very good. Most of all, the breakfast was delicious and the yogurt was especially palatable. .... The best thank you... I want to say to the hotel staff. All the front desk staff were kind. They printed plane tickets, washed T-shirts for free, and answered many questions kindly. I am especially grateful to MARINEEA. She carried my heavy luggage twice during my check-in and check-out. Thank you very much. And when I called a taxi to go to the bus terminal, the female hotel staff with short hair and glasses greeted me very carefully and kindly when I took the taxi. The female staff at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and this hotel deserved 10 points. If I visit Velicoternovo next time, I will definitely come back here again

The hotel is very conveniently located, with the Юг Bus Station just over a 10-minute walk away and the main street in the Old Town right behind it, not to mention that the most picturesque street in Veliko Tarnovo, Ulitsa Gurko, is only a stone's throw away. The room was properly equipped, very comfortable and indeed one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in; both the decor and the furniture were very much to my liking. The staff were invariably helpful, polite and patient - something that should not to be taken for granted in the service industry in Bulgaria - and they did not charge me anything on the two occasions I asked for my laundry to be washed (the hotel also provides a laundry service). Last but not least, the room was remarkably cheap given the location and the quality provided and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff is friendly, breakfast is ok, you can choose from the bar what you can eat, anything extra you might have to pay for. The room is ok, and clean.

The bathroom is the only thing keeping me from giving this hotel more credit, it's really small, but that woulnd't have been such an issue if the shower was ok, you get a "broom" to push the water into the sink....but having to shower right next to the toilet is unhygenic, the floor channel isn't executed well and water just stagnates on the floor, even if you push it with the broom, your only option is to wipe the floor with a towel, otherwise you can't get to the toilet with all that water.

The room was a modest size but with a comfortable double bed. The breakfast was part buffet and part served and was very good.

I'm not a big fan of wet room style shower/wc rooms, particularly if they are not large and without a shower curtain that can limit splashing. A coffee refill at breakfast would have been nice.

Excellent location near the old town and on a quieter street. Street continues into a picturesque historic part of the town, which will takes you onto the Fortress. Fantastic. Great hotel with quiet, comfortable rooms. Fridge. AC, and TV with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is available as an option and coffee at breakfast was really good.

The hotel location is excellent ... the room was comfortable - though sometimes a bit noisy as it was just below the reception area, so when guests came in late it was quite noisy. Breakfast was an additional cost - and was OK.

A great little hotel in the heart of Veliko Tarnovo, perfectly situated for exploring the town on foot. With restaurants and bars just two blocks away, convenience is at your doorstep. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering an excellent price-to-quality ratio. I highly recommend their breakfast.

The people! The young guy on reception was super helpful and he was very good with his English.

Parking was not easy and maps location is incorrect, was driving around for an hour trying to find it. Best way is to search the hotel name on google maps and get straight there

We took a bigger room for us and the toddler, it was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious!

The only thing which was uncomfortable was the air conditioner. We visited during the hottest days of the summer and we needed the air conditioner on for the night. It didn't have a night mode and was placed just next to the bed, making it impossible to sleep if it's turned on, as the air flow was coming straight to the heads.
