The property is absolutely beautiful. Modern and very well maintained. The view is spectacular. We had a perfect view of the light show from Tsaravets Fortress and the surrounding mountains and countryside. The linens are crisp and snow white and the towels white and soft. Toiletries and slippers were also provided. Excellent!

Nothing major… but we would have appreciated a microwave and a washing machine. It’s a personal preference but when we travel we usually do a hotel stay and then an apartment stay so that we can do a load of laundry before moving on to another hotel stay. This allows us to travel with less baggage which is what we like. Now, this is not a “dislike” but simply a heads up for other travellers, the drive to the property is not for the faint hearted. The roads are cobbled and very steep. They confused the heck out of Google maps and turning around on them is not an option. I’m eternally grateful to some locals who were immensely helpful when we got stuck on a few occasions. 🙏🏻

The view from our apartment was really good. We enjoyed the light show two nights at a row. The host Martina was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to other tourists. Overall experience at Adel apartments was excellent. We will visit you again soon! Best regards...

The only thing that might be considered as a minus is the narrow street that you have to go in order to reach the place. We got there by car and thankfully there wasn't a lot of traffic on it because it is an old cobbled street that is pretty narrow at places.

Modern, clean, and the best view from the whole town! You need driving skills but is really manageable and most importantly they have a lot of parking lot assured. From the room, you can see sound and light spectacle from the fortress that is running on each Saturday night. We found on the location : coffee, water and some kitchen tools for a snack. The view from the studio was exceptional!!! The host was kind and helpful, and the location easy to find and so close to the Samovodska Charshiya! The furniture was really comfortable and modern! We had everything that we needed for our 4-night stay, including capsules for the coffee machine and a couple of bottles of water, which was a nice surprise! In addition, the house is really close to the Bakaliya (a small grocery store), where you can shop for a longer stay, and 5-10 min walk away from the closests bars and restaurants if you prefer eating outside.

Really fabulous choice. Modern, well decorated, clean and comfy. The location was also excellent.

Not a negative aspect per se but FYI - this is in the old town and not directly accessible by car though there are many options to park within 300m or so but requires a short walk uphill with the luggage though totally worth the balcony and view on the fortress! For those planning to eat in - there is a mini kitchen but not too much equipped.

We stayed in the 3rd aparment which has side windows towards the fortress however the view is still awesome. Still if you want the full view during the lights show, just go in front of the building. The apartment was very clean, cozy, with new and nice looking furneture with all faculities (including iron and hair dryer). We had late self checkin with clear instructions. The host also provided parking. It's very close to the old market and walkable distance to the main atractions. I definetely recommend to stay at least 2 days to fully enjoy the city and surroundings.

Nothing to complain. All was great. Btw for the shower hot water you need to start the boiler( there is a separated red switch near the light switch) with some time before. Maybe this is good to be included in the instructions.

a small ( but perfect for 2 persons) , simple but elegant apartment with a fantastic view of the fortress ! the apartment is situated in a block upper hill , in the old neighborhood of old town , quiet area perfect located in the old town

it is a bit challenging to drive up to the apartment there are 2 parking places in front of the apartment but if you do not have a SUV , you better leave the car in the public parking lot

Room was very clean and a good taste of atomosphere. Great view from the windows. Easy access to the town centre by foot.

The specific check-in information came in late by email and we didn't know that information until we arrived the site so it was hard to get into the apartment. Fortunately the kindest local neighbour couple helped us call the host with their phone. (mine didnt work without wifi)

Absolutely stunning apartment in Beautiful Bulgaria's original, historic capital. Everything was so clean and apartment has everything you'll need. The views from the balcony terrace are absolutely breathtaking. Lovely host. Lovely hot and powerful shower. Super comfy beds. Modern smart tvs. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars all within walking distance. 10 out of 10.
