Nice location, good room size, well equipped. The stuff is really friendly and helpful.

It was really noisy in the night. 24*7 shops and fast food restaurants around the property were attracting youngsters yelling out all the night.

Good location, clean, relatively new, comfortable mattress, quiet conditioner. It does have a private bathroom (don't know why it is not mentioned in booking) Quite a nice pub on the first floor of the building

The man at the reception wasn't helpful at all. Tired after a long road, we wanted to confirm whether we are right in understanding that parking is free today, but he didn't even try to understand what we were asking, just insisting that "no parking free" several times. This was very confusing, so we had to seek for passers-by to clarify that. Well, for those reading this - the parking in front of the building is free during weekends and outside working hours. During weekdays 8-17, it is 1€/h

Very cosy and clean room with nice view of the hills of the city. Comfortable beds and convenient location! Excellent value for money! Helpful staff.

The drain in the bathroom was in the middle of the floor so if you have the shower running for a longer time, it makes the whole bathroom floor wet and a bit slippery. But it dries out fast enough, so no big issue! No wardrobe in the room, but for a short stay that's not a necessity.

the room we had - had 12 !!! pictures of the kremlin on the walls! i suggest they remove this as not appropriate since russian thug govt invaded ukraine to steal and murder anyone who does not want thieving russian rule - ukraine kiev was a major town when moscow was still a village - they do not need thieves and rapists to take over their civilised lives

Super friendly woman at reception. She was sweet and caring. Also helped us before check in when we had mess with reservation on booking.com. Hotel is super clean. Very well thought through: enough space to walk, to keep your stuff. Very good a/c (this summer savier!). Good bads and linen. Quiet and accessible 24/7. Location is just amazing! Totally recommend to stay there!

Just one thing: smell from tubes in bathroom was nasty and strong at night. Easily delt with it by closing door. However didn`t use bathroom much to avoid this experience.

good location, pretty close to the center and the old town. nice room. good value for the money. good wifi. the pub which is under the hotel is very good for eating. across the street great places for breakfast or street food.

The hotel is well located. There is also a pub with good food and beer attached to it, where guests get a discount. The room was small but clean, and had AC and an electric kettle.

We weren't crazy about the shower ( wet room rather than separate shower), but out of 5 places we stayed in during our Bulgarian trip, 4 had this sort of arrangement.

A great place for the price - Loved the stay. Friendly staff. Great restaurant/pub downstairs serving delicious breakfast, great lunch/dinner options, great beer and drinks. Loved Veliko Turnovo mostly because of the very pleasant hotel. Highly recommend! ❤️🏍️🍻

The air conditioner didn’t work in the original assigned room. So we got upgraded to a bigger room with good air conditioner. The location is convenient. There is a restaurant City Pub in the first floor which has very delicious food.

From checking in, to checking out it was a delightful and easy experience. The room was perfect for four of us and the location is great with a fabulous view. All in all a great time..

That we could only stay for 1 night. We will definitely be returning and for longer.
