The hotel is located centrally, close to all main points of interest. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

Very good hotel, standart room, big enough, very comfortable bed, great location, clean! The reception is 24-hours, there is an elevator, a restaurant with really good food, breakfast is served at the sky bar, on top of the building with a wonderful view! Breakfast is pretty good, there are different options. Very friendly staff, super helpful and nice! Nice design, cozy rooms, small balcony with view. Overall great experience, nothing extraordinary, which is good! Mini fridge with very low prices - almost as cheap as the store! Parking available right outside. Recommended place, quiet neighbourhood, relaxing stay, quite enjoyable!

The room had fluffy carpet, which I like, but many people won't be happy about it. There were many visible signs of usage - paint scratched, bottom of bathroom door has water damage, cracked mirror, etc. No plugs near the bed, not easily accessible for people with disabilities, but the whole city isn't. Minor problems in the bathroom, regarding soap, shower tap, the back of the door. Nothing major.

Can only recommend: 1. To be installed a bath's curtain, so, when taking a shower, the water not to spray on the bathroom's floor. 2. A set of batteries to be made available in the room in order to use the safe

We stayed there two times and we had a really good experience. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are OK, clean and well equipped. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast has a decent variety of food options and good taste. Location is good, easy to reach and within a 5 minutes walk to the center. The parking spots are on the street, somehow reserved by the hotel, ask the receptionist if it seems there's no place available.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated, we had a bathroom with a shower curtain that was visibly old and the sink countertop was cracked. However, the bathroom is clean and well equipped.

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful - especially the ladies at the reception and in the restaurant on the ground floor. The receptionist even offered to help with looking after our kids in the kids center while we were having dinner. The location is not far from the center and Tsarevets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, quiet area, great for families. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was really nice.

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about.

The first thing you notice is that the staff is extremely sweet, helpful and there are lots of young people working there that really care about their job. I want to thank all of them for an amazing experience. The second thing is the location. It is 2 mins walking distance from VT center and it is so nice. The third thing is the rooms were clean and nicely equipped especially the super luxury double room we had. Breakfast was very nice and the Sky bar has great view. Last but not least, amazing restaraunt, delicious food and IMPRESSIVE children play room next to the restaraunt. My family loves this hotel and always comes back there.

There are some small details that were not perfect in the rooms that would not require much but will make a big difference in the experience. I would advice the hotel to make cleaning/filling the rooms more standardised so nothing is missed. For example, things were missing from our mini bar, there were no slippers in the super luxury room and there should be, the bath curtain was broken etc. If these things are fixed, it will be the best hotel in VT, no doubt. :)

The hotel has good facilities and is close to the city center, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms really spacious. The personnel is quite amable.

The general impression is that the hotel seen better days, there is a lackof maintenence, there are light switches and toillete flushing buttons that are falling apart, the cleaning could be better. They do not have parking but thet helped us to find parking spacea on the public domain around the hotel. The breakfast can be improved also.

The location is very good, close to city center, but away from trafic. The rooms are big and comfortable and so are the bathrooms. We had half board and the dinner at the restaurant was great each night. They have 4 menu options, one of them vegetarian. It works for 2-3 days, but if you have a longer stay, it might get difficult if you need variety in your menu.

The bathrooms need some refurbishment. In both rooms we had the toilet had issues. We had broken mirror and many broken tiles on the walls. The towels are good, but they look like they have been used for too long. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, they only came and cleared the trash bins, but not everyday. Despite that, the rooms feel very clean, the fact we don’t make mess helped for sure. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast, considering the great reviews. I was expected higher quality on the food and more variety, but to be fair it’s an ok breakfast for a decent 3 star hotel.
