Perfect place to stay when traveling to Veliko Tarnovo - comfortable, clean and right in the city center. The host was very, very kind. He checked us in right away, even though we arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He helped us with our luggage and parking, explained everything we wanted to know in detail, and we even got a discount for the restaurant and cafe right next to the hotel. We are very happy with the service. We recommend this place and will stay there again when we are in town.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt valued. Upon arrival, I was struck by the warm and friendly vibe that permeated the place. The decor was tasteful, creating a cozy environment that made it easy to unwind. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and hidden gems that made my visit all the more enjoyable.What truly stood out to me was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They were always ready to assist, offering helpful recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. It felt like being among friends rather than just another guest. The only thing I would say that need to be fixed is the light in the rooms is too bright and there no option for mood lighting

- Some other guests very loud all night and the walls are very thin. - In the hall there are 6 sensor lights that you can't turn off from the room and they went on and on in middle of the night when someone was passing the hall (outside the room) and even when the people in the apartment above were flushing the toillet. Wasn't very confortable to wake up every hour with those lights in your face.

First of all, the location is perfect for our needs – it is right in the city center, within walking distance of landmarks, restaurants, shops, and attractions. We have no complaints about the service or attitude; The room was very clean and spacious.

The air conditioning was too noisy and struggled to heat the room adequately.

Everything was great! The host was very welcoming and helpful — he even stayed on the phone with us until we managed to park the car. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a comfy king-size bed plus a sofa. On the ground floor, there’s a restaurant with delicious food, and after 10 PM, you can enjoy a lively party with Balkan music. A great experience overall!

Very good location, close to the park and the Morno Pole summerstage. Parking was easy. It is paid only on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. and it costs 1 leva per hour. The staff was very friendly.

There was a kitchen in the apartment but there were no utensils. It would be nice if there were at least some cups.

Confortable bed, good positioning near the center, overall relaxing experience and good price for this

You can hear other guys from the next/previous room, for example last night a guy snoored a lot🤣 and you can hear "bulgarian mafia" - i mean, golf mk3, 1.9 tdi stage 300 diesel reving with a bulgarian girl in the right seat

The hotel is close to every point of interest, near the parc and restaurants. There are parking places just in front of the hotel and we were lucky enough to actually find them available most of the time. The apartment și big and also the bathroom is big.

I have a child allergic to dust, so I am very careful about cleanliness. There was dust on the bed and they didn't vacuum at all in any of the 4 nights spent there. The sink from the kitchenette is not working.

The whole building was very well-maintained. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Located in the heart of the town, you have everything you'd need around you. Next time I visit, I'm gonna stay there again.
