The hotel is located in the city center and it has a wonderful view. The breakfast is good enough if you are not very sophisticated. The rooms are big and clean. The food in the restaurant was good and tasty. The view from the room is breathtaking.

The hotel offers parking. This is quite false. They say they have 8 parking lots but they were all occupied by different cars. Probably they should say that they have no parking and you have to drive in the city to find a private parking. They are pretty expensive, about 20 euros for 24 hours. This was not only our problem. There were others at the reception asking for parking. Anyway 8 parking lots for such a big hotel is too less.

I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Panorama! Everything exceeded my expectations: the room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Yantra River and the historic Tsarevets Fortress – like a living painting, especially at sunset. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and provide great tips about the city. The breakfast was rich and varied, served in a panoramic dining room that made every morning special. The elegant atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, and excellent location make this hotel the perfect choice for anyone looking to explore the charm and history of Veliko Tarnovo. Highly recommended – and I will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Panorama hotel very much. The hotel is centrally located, close to all sites. It has a stunning view and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We booked a suite and even the bathroom had a view. The restaurant also has a view. The staff is very helpful. When we arrived, the restaurant served us lunch, even though it was late in the day. The lady at the reception, Tsvetomira Yordanova, was particularly helpful. She gave us a great recommendations, including for a very nice local restaurant and went out of her way to accommodate our friend’s request for some additional items in the room. The hotel has 8 parking slots in front, which is a big plus for that area of Veliko Turnovo. It is also pet-friendly. Our small dog, Finn, was able to stay with us. We will return to this hotel again.

1. The room was on floor -5 (MINUS 5!), but it still had a nice city view, as the hotel is located on a high cliff 2. The restaurant is locate on floor -2 (and it has the best view), so better choose rooms on floors -2, -3 3. The breakfast was quite ok 4. There are several parking spaces near the hotel. If you will be lucky enough to get one 5. The location is perfect

1. The room was quite old. But clean. 2. Our bathroom had a window. But it was fully blurred. As people can walk right near it. But this is the problem of floor -5 (the lowest one)

Location, this is key, Great view out the window, right in the city center, several good restaurants around Room, except a smell at the beginning, that faded away after we opened a window, we had an apartment, that has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, the only reason I did not do full greath bathroom overall as the one with the bath had nothing to protect the splatter of the shower

Parking spot, or the lack of them, BUT THIS COMES WITH THE POSITION. There are no parking spots anywhere in Veliko downtown, so 8 sports are good enough, so be prepared for it and do not act surprised... based on the circumstances, it can be actually a plus Breakfast... could be way better, it looked like a 3 star hotel on the low end, not a 4 star, but the cheese was great

Unbelievable view. Worth staying here just for this, but make sure you get a room at level -3 or higher (the hotel is built into a cliff and the lobby is on floor 0, the highest floor).

Very basic amenities, average breakfast. One elevator for the entire place, with no indication of which way it is going until you get inside. While this did result in a funny moment (a large party of very drunk, very confused geriatric french guests trying in vain to get to the restaurant), I can imagine it would be a pain if one was in a rush.

The name says it all, there is no better hotel with a view in VT. The garden level studios are well appointed and worth the extra both for space and morning coffee among the flowers. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast good and the six reserved spaces outside are a blessing in a town where parking can be a problem. Only book another hotel if you cannot get into this one.

A freshly cooked omelet at breakfast is all I miss

I really liked the location, it was on the main street, it had a beautiful view and it was close to most shops. The room was clean and comfortable and it had a big bath tub which I liked especially. The hotel has a restaurant and a swimming pool which I didn't get to but I would love to try them when I'll visit Veliko Tarnovo again.

Not that many parking spots, but it's understandable why, as there isn't much space on the main street.

Even though it’s “Panorama” our room didn’ really have quite the panorama. We received a room that’s on -5 that didn’t have a view like I expected. It’s not my first time in Veliko, that’s why, based on pervious stays, I had higher expectations of the view.

The view is wonderful. The staff very kind. Pool & Sauna were great! The studio was big and the bathroom beautiful! The breakfast was ok and satisfying.

The studio has too much furniture, such a big and beautiful space should breathe more so you can enjoy the view.
