The room we had - room 6 - had 2 "velux" type windows (in the ceiling) on ​​which the light protections could not be pulled (in the morning the light was slightly disturbing. Also, the ventilation of the room was not very efficient - quite hot in the room ... even for the beginning of May (probably during the summer the heat can be disturbing, even with the air conditioning on) There are only 3-4 public parking spaces in front of the location, usually full. And other parking spaces can be found - depending on availability and luck - even 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Great location in the centre of V.T. There's a secure car park 5 mins walk away that has a security guard. Repeat business from myself.

The room is very clean and comfortable! The bathroom as well. The location is nice too, it's a bit loud so earplugs are recommended for a good sleep. The communal area is nice but not thought through, there's a little kitchen corner with cutlery and a kettle, but nowhere to clean your stuff. Also the staff is not really friendly but that seemed to be an Bugarian thing.

Staff could be friendlier and more porfessional. We asked if we can store our luggage for a couple of hours and also if they can call us a taxi and they seemed a bit overwhelmed. Also the reception says its open from 8am to 8pm, but it was more like 10am to 5pm.

I absolutely loved my stay here at the Executive Rooms Play. The premises are situated right on the main street through the centre of town. All the must see sights are walkable from the hotel; there is an abundance of restaurants and bars all around; it is a short 10 minute walk from the bus station. (Note that the buses to and from Plovdiv serve the West Bus Station, some 3km away). The hotel appears to only have seven rooms, plus three suites. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. There are sofas where you can relax and free tea and coffee making facilities as well as a toaster and a microwave. My room was room 1, a very cosy double room with a very comfortable bed and a delightful bathroom. I really enjoyed the very spacious wet room shower. The wifi was strong and reliable; the staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again one day; I will specifically request to stay in room 1 again!

A minor issue in room 1 that staff should perhaps address: both of the bedside lamps are broken. One does not work at all; the other has a faulty electrical cable - the wire has to be very specifically positioned for the the light to come on. Perhaps time to replace them? There is also a fridge in the communal area with cold beers and soft drinks as well as chocolate, but it remains locked at all times as the contents are chargeable, so no access to them. May I suggest installing a vending machine in its place? Booking.com mentions a balcony as a room feature. My room did not have a balcony. It did not worry me as I did not need one, but worth mentioning.

Perfect view at awesome location. Super nice rooms. The bed was very nice, although the mattress was a bit soft for my taste, but it will suite well for most people.

It's was a bit noisy. I can hear noise coming from the street and sometimes from our neighbors. I can sleep well even if there is a noise, but not everybody is like that.

I stayed here before so I knew it would be good and it was. This time the room was even better.

The room was clean and big enough. There is no parking area dedicated for the hotel customers, but there are public parking lots near the hotel. The price is 1 leva per hour from.9 AM to 5PM. You can use the paying machine to pay the parking tax, but it works only with coins.

It was a bad smell in the room, that was coming from the bathroom, from high humidity.

The position is very central, you have everything you need. The room was clean,the bed was comfy. On arrival the room was cool because the lady put the air conditioning,due to the hot. The lady helped us with the car park. She knows how to look after her guests.

Ție property is situated close to the main places of interest ( you can take a nice walk to the fortress through the city). The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby ( a bit noisy, however:))every morning. Also good value for money.

We didn’t mind, but it’s good to know that the heat is from the air conditioning and there was no cleaning service during our three days stay.

I liked that rooms have codes instead of cards or keys which makes the check in seamless and you don’t have to carry it all around the city. The staff was very responsive, I called them twice before checking in and they were helpful.

I can’t think of something that was bad.
