The staff was friendly, comfortable beds, great view and perfect location.

There are 40 rooms and only 15 parking spaces and when we arrived we had to find a place somewhere on the street or to pay additionally at a private parking which is not so close to the hotel.

This is the best position for those who seeking city life.Veliko Tirnovo is so diverse, that Premier is a hotel easy to everywhere. The reception very welcoming ,little bar and breakfast in the morning. Very basic, but enough. The coffee is very good .Because still not season the pool was empty. The view from my windows was fantastic and I make a lot of photos. The room was spacious and clean ,the bathroom us well.

No any facilities in the room to make coffee or tea.I travel a lot and never happen to me in 4 stars hotel ,the situation like this.

The staff were helpful in informing me beforehand that the parking spots were all full and were kind enough to direct me to a parking nearby (we were only staying for one night, so the 24 hour fee wasn't a big deal - it was 30 BGN). The room we were in had a private Jacuzzi and sauna only for us and a lot of other bonus items were provided in the room (disposable shaving kit, dental kit with toothbrush and toothpaste, shoeshine, sewing kit) The Jacuzzi had temperature control and jets control and it was clean (there was a smell of chlorine once we removed the cover, which is expected). The room was spacious and quiet and we got a good night's rest. The breakfast was also very good as we went to it at 9:30 while it only lasts until 10 and we were still able to get some breakfast.

The Jacuzzi powered up on its own at 02:30AM to perform a cleaning cycle. I figured it's a cleaning cycle since once I removed the cover to stop the jets, I could smell chlorine. Not a deal breaker though as it didn't power up again for the rest of the night.

It was nice and pleasant 3 nights stay. FYI: The pool and the conference room/the festive dining room is on the building vis-a-vie the main building.

The breakfast was not diverse but was sufficient. A bit old and out fashioned hotel, needs renovation. There was no kettle in the room.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had sauna (even if not used by us), there were 2 balconies, underground private parking (not reservable, but we found free parking space), various choices for breakfast.

The pool could have been cleaner, if parking is full you need to find a parking place on the street.

I was very pleasently sursprised by the whole experience of the hotel - the staff was very polite and friendly, the swimming pool area was a very nice relaxing zone, and the view from the room was amazing (5th floor, 9A). The hotel is located within minutes to numerous shops and restaurants, and the old part of the city.

Nothing really to complain... Maybe a bit old, and access was tricky... Food was good, beds comfortable ...good value for the money 🤑

A5 access was tough, still manageable if you are not above 60 + lots of luggages 🙃

Well positioned hotel, with parking garage. The building is situated in the city center, but not on the main street which is great if you don't want all the noise. Polite staff, respectful and professional receptionist (helped us with early check in and parking, offered all the necessary information). The room was spacious, heating, wifi, tv, minifridge and hair dryer were working accordingly. The room was clean, the only small disadvantage was the shower had a small leak, but nothing serious. Breakfast was good and diverse, the coffee was also ok. Overall we had a nice short stay, would recommend.

excellent, central but quiet location, good size room, clean, parking lot (12 parking spaces for 30 rooms), sunbath terrace with swimming pool (cold), civilized tourists.

personnel is careless and unskilled. they can’t bring bread and omelette in time for breakfast, coffeepot was empty and they did not refill it, etc. even the fact that with at least 80% of tourists being Romanians in the last 12-15 years, personnel can’t say “ buna ziua”, none of them can brew a decent capuccino and so on, a lot of improvement opportunities. There are also other small drwbacks but all in all this is a good hotel for a few nights.

Excelent location, good breakfast, clean room, confortable beds, good swimmingpool, all of these in a fantastic town Veliko Tarnovo. I was in this hotel many times and all are OK. Due to these I've extended my stay with one more day. Many thanks to the staff.

No bad remarks. Just sugestions: fly and mosqito nets at the balcony door and TV channels with sports programs in English, of course, if posible.
