The vacation was too short and we were unlucky with rainy afternoons, so (again) we didn't have time to wander around the old town. I want to come back and continue. The accommodation exceeded expectations. The breakfast was good, even if it is not served in the location (you have to leave the apartment and move about 50 meters).

I had the park view room, that involved a bit of bad luck. There are 3 terraces in the park, the noisiest being (obviously) the one under the location's windows (and it closes after 12PM, depending on the customers).

It's the second time being accommodated here. We would definitly come back. The place is nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. The value is very good and it is clean and in walking distance to the center and next to a park. The included breakfast is good, but for a longer stay it can be a little repetitive. They have all the necessary room appliances and accessories and the rooms (and bathrooms) are well sized, but depends as well which room you get assigned to (some are larger than others).

It can be a little too hot on the hallways in summer, but the rooms themselves have ACs so all good in the end. You can hear others in their rooms realatively easily and finding a parking space in front is quite difficult during the day. In one instance we've been here there was a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom.

Next to a lovely park was a bonus. Handy for places to eat/drink. Really welcoming front desk. It was lovely

The hotel is nice. Clean and new. It’s a very nice studio apartment.

There’s a club downstairs and they are having a whole night party. The music is super loud and I barely sleep at night. And the breakfast is very disappointing.

Very chic hotel, located near the park and very close to the center. Very clean, the maid came every day, even though it was Easter! A good breakfast is served at a pastry shop 2 minutes away! Extraordinary, special and very kind host! A place where you will return with pleasure! Recomand cu drag locația! Totul este foarte curat și modern, aproape de centru! Gazdă minunată !

The breakfast should be served inside the hotel. At the moment, you have to go to a coffee shop nearby in order to eat. The weekend we spend in Veliko Tarnovo was warm, but on a cold morning I'd rather enjoy my breakfast in a warm place specially designated for this, instead of crossing street, climbing spooky stairs in order to reach the coffee shop. I also want to mention the fact that if I may enjoy my breakfast until 10 o'clock a.m., I would strongly appreciate that at 9.45 to find food at the buffet, instead of being put in the situation of eating whatever it's left.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to the center with a park nearby. Ana, the host, was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always available to answer any questions we had, and gave us some great tips on what to see and do in the city. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Veliko Tarnovo.

0 Complaints but be mindful of the check in time. The receptionists do not work 24/7 and leave at 20:30 after which point check in is impossible. Also there is no free parking for the hotel but there is paid parking available nearby.

Great place, really new and modern with a great design. The apartments are clean and very well maintained and they are equipped with everything that one needs (from a hairdryer, to an iron). The location is also spectacular, close to the city center and to all important tourist attractions, restaurants, The breakfast is tasty, quite a good variety of foods and the coffe…excelent. In addition, you get a great discount to one of the best restaurnts in veliko tarnovo if you are staying at casa Verdi.

Nice hotel,near the park. Windows can not open adn that is the problem. Also, we need room for park view and we got with street view.

WIFI is very bed, recepcion is not working after 20h, first day we do not have info for breakfast. invoice got in a hand.
