I loved the location the most, as the hotel is literally next to the Blue Danube river and next to the main square of Vidin, where all amenities are. Also, I was visiting my family and their home was about 10 minutes walking distance, perhaps making this hotel probably my best pick for my future stays in Vidin.

Mainly some of the staff at the reception. I understand it can be boring to work at a reception the whole night and that, but some of them should work a little on their approach to guests.

The hotel is probably at the very best location in the city. The parking is right in front and it is included in the price. I always stay there and I like everything about the service and the comfort. Next time I will go there again.

There is a problem with the temperature of shower water, which changes rapidly.

The apartment is very close to the Downtown. The staff was very nice. In the square was a show, crowdy and (too) loudly, but at 20.00 it stopped. Just in front was the free and guarded parking. The vis-à-vis restaurant was good.

It was a correct relation between the price and offer, but, however, the facilities can be improved.

Great location and you can park in front of the hotel

The bed was a bit uncomfortable - you can feel the springs of the bed underneath you. There was some problem with the ventilation and when the AC was on we could feel the smell of cigarettes.

The hotel is located quite close to Dunab rever as well as all the historical landmarks. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel itself looks old, but it is apparent that the owners took a big step to innovate and make it clean and comparatively modern.

The elevator is so small, can fir 1 person only, but not a big deal. A good exercise for ourselves. :) All the rest was great.

The staff we're really kind to us and helpful. They speak English. Everything was really clean and the beds we're confortable.

My partner wasn't ok with the sound of the pipes of other bathrooms at nigth. He didn't sleep pretty much. But it's true that It isn't too strong, it's only a little.

I loved the location. The hotel itself looks nice and tidy. The rooms are reasonable sized. The beds were comfortable.

I could hear the music from the night club/restaurant and also the neighbours activities.

The place is perfectly located, the staff is so very kind and natural, polite and friendly! We surely come back soon, the place is also quiet and has good facilities, also as we have been told by may the restaurant will be open again and it has such amazing food.

I'm crossing the border to Romania at least twice each year and this is my Hotel for resting before the long road trip to the UK. The place is well located between the river and the central of the town. The restaurant and the bar are always busy that speaks to the people's choice too
