One of the best hotels so far.All luxury, delicious food, friendly staff .The lady in reception offered us a flat instead of rooms and spa access for no extra cost. Anelia in the restaurant is so kind and helpful. Overall it exceeded our expectations by far.Will visit again.

The facilities are excellent, the pool is clean, the staff was more than welcoming and we felt very comfortable during the entire stay. We were greeted by every member of staff, regardless of time and place, which was quite pleasant. The breakfast was rich with spot-on mekitsi!

Too bad the restaurant doesn't offer lunch :/ Our room was not very clean when we came in- there were locks of hair on the floor near the beds, the toilet could've used a bit more cleaning(a paper label was missing too) and the room, resp.the garbage, wasn't taken care of during the whole stay. We found no "Please service the room" tag.

I was amazed how beautiful, peaceful and talking the resort is. Everyone from the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend the place and I myself will definitely visit again.

Bowling and steam bath not working. The pool should be open until night. Water everywhere when showering.

the best hotel in the region for miles. staff is very polite, unusual for Bulgaria. especially Boryana in reception always trying to make sure you feel looked after!

The appartement without a doubt. Very nice, spacious rooms. Beautiful and confortable beds. Nice atmosphere with beautiful lighting. Well equipped kitchen and nice dining table to sit on. The spa is nice and so is the lobby as well as the entertainmentroom ( bowling, pool etc.). The staff is very friendly and helpfull. For us as dog owners it was great that dogs are allowed. Loved our stay and will be back to enjoy the pool, spa and some massages. Maybe even visit the hairdresser, because they provide that also.

Dinnerbuffet started at 20.00. We are used to eat at 18.00 so for us it was a bit late. Missed a swimmingpool, but they are building one and it will be open soon.
