I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel actually was given the one star booking.com rating. It was very modern, exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with decent coffee, fresh grapes, fried eggs, excellent sourdough?? bread, jam, Nutella and ham and cheese. I also had dinner there as I was very tired and I have to say that the pizza was very good. House wine was also very drinkable and the price was very reasonable. Staff were excellent, friendly and enough English was spoken to make for an easy experience. I wasn't expecting that in such a small town.

The shower was a little weak but there was plenty of hot water. If there was an elevator I never saw it so I had to lug my bags up the stairs. Location is a little away from town but not so far that a short walk can get you there.

Comfortable, modern and newly furnished rooms with a balcony and air conditioning in an extremely peaceful and quiet location facing the woods and the the beautiful nature of the area. The staff is well attending to everyone's needs. Were also there for a wedding and the service was excellent.

I didn't notice an elevator to the upper floor - might be a consideration for anyone with reduced mobility to ask for a room on the lower floor.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Huge room, very good hygiene, very comfortable beds, friendly staff. Generous parking. Breakfast so-so, but it must be understood that it does not seem like the kind of hotel that accommodates long-term tourists. It was a pleasant stay as a stopover on our trip, although I would not repeat the experience due to the price, although justified by the conditions provided.

It's more of a personal choice, so I don't know if it's really a minus. The walk-in shower, which means that a large part of the bathroom will have a wet floor afterwards, doesn't sound like a great idea to me.

Our room and the whole hotel were clean and comfortable and located in a very good place for exploring the Eastern Rodopis, particularly Tatul which was magnificent.

We were there two nights and both nights there were wedding receptions on the terrace beneath our room. Although we don't want to stop people having fun and we don't want to stop the hotel making money during these difficult days, a room on the other side of the hotel would have been better.

Great hotel. Very comfortable. Everything is new. Caring and polite staff. Great location on the edge of town, view from the windows of the forest and mountains. Very high quality food.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. We had the chance there were no wedding and it was quiet.

Very stupid architecture of the building causing inconvenience to guests. It's ugly when the owner parks his luxury car infront of the main entrance while there is no elevator in the building.

Went there for a wedding. The venue and the garden were amazing. My room was good and clean. Staff is friendly.

Unfortunately no elevator.

This is the second time we visit. A very nice hotel, amazing rooms with very nice balcony and view, very polite staff. Would definitely visit again.
