Smart, new hotel with comfortable modern rooms. Very nice Greek restaurant . Spa facilities with indoor and outdoor pools. If sauna and steam room had been hotter/steamier it would have been excellent

The breakfast was 15 lev each extra and very disappointing. No water in drinks machine, had to wait and for more hot food as nearly all gone. Not much choice of anything, no toaster, no sausages or bacon, no croissants or choice of bread. Highly recommend hotel but would not have breakfast there again.

What an outstanding hotel! We felt treated as if we were businessclass airline passengers! A genuinely friendly and efficient check in. The best room we have seen on our 90 days cycling trip so far. All in place, high standard and quality. The two guys on duty during our visit (19/9-20/9) are exceptional and worth gold in the hotel! Don't forget to visit the next door restaurant: good food, tasteful wine and also pleasant staff. All for a fair price. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and comfy, everything was provided - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, single use nail file, sewing kit, lots of towels and others. The whole hotel smelled so fresh. The staff was wonderfull, we asked for an additional blanket and it was immediately provided. The spa was good too, the pool was clean and has multiple jakuzzi streams, including a waterfall option. It was a little small, but for us it did not feel overcrowded. All the spa facilities were working and the working hours are from 8am to 8pm. The checkout is till 12:00 which was a big plus for us. We did not use the breakfast option. Overall lovely place and we would definetely visit again.

The only minus was that our room was facing the road and we could slightly hear the cars at night.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were super clean, as well as the lobby, stairs, restaurant and spa facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and everything was extremely well decorated in order to provide an aesthetic and practical result, Even the floor drain was not visible, under the toilet seat!!! The staff was very helpfull and kind and the breakfast was good. There was a parking place for the car and it was easy to find. It was a lovely place which I definatelly recomend. I especially liked the statue of Niki of Samothraki in the restaurant entrance.

The location is perfect, just few steps away from the park. The rooms are modern, furniture is super comfortable and the staff at the reception desk is lovely, kind and helpful.

You can’t book a room with breakfast included and you have to pay separately at the reception upon arrival. That’s exactly what we did and when we got to the restaurant at 9:30 (breakfast is until 10) there was barely and food or drinks left. Yet, new people were arriving and the staff from the restaurant did nothing to cather to everyone’s needs until prompted to do so. The spa was open but steam room wasn’t available. Last, but not least - there are many dogs it seems in the area and early in the morning they are super loud - make sure to bring ear plugs.

I travel all the time for work and this is one of my favourite stays. The staff is an absolute dream - Bohemi front desk are better than the staff of 5 star hotels like the Hyatt or Intercontinental in Sofia. They go above and beyond to make one’s stay as comfortable as possible. This is a really nice hotel in Haskovo. I like the rooms, the pool area and the restaurant. The hotel also provides slippers and toiletries. I’ll for sure come back here every time I’m in the area.

Unfortunately it seems some guests don’t respect rules. The rooms often smell of smoke which gives the impression that they’re not clean.

The hotel is really good. It is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are awesome. The service is exceptional. It seems to be located in the nice part of town.

It is a little bit pricey. It has a restaurant next to it, but unfortunately on the day of our travel (Monday) the restaurant was closed. The elevator is really small (max 2 people with luggage), but this is really minor.

The location was good, with large rooms and very clean. The food at the restaurant is tasty. The reception personnel were very nice.

Rude personnel at the restaurant. They tried to move us from the table where we were seated at least two times claiming the table was reserved (no sign of such thing) or that the breakfast (not included in the room rate, but paid separately) should be served on some specific tables that were not prepared at all, greasy and dirty.

Beautiful, modern, spacious room and balcony. g Great location and stunning views. Enjoyed the fresh coffee from the coffee machine in the room! Ample parking space. Fantastic Spa.

The restaurant service was rather poor- staff were quite hostile to hotel guests, breakfast was unpredictable and slow. Food was good but overpriced.

Lovely staff, very cheerful, attentive, and kind! 😇 The rooms were clean and spacious. 🛏 Indoor pool has warm water, it has built-in jacuzzi. The sauna was also nice. 🏊‍♀️ Restaurant food is mostly seafood (it's greek Restaurant) and it was tasty. 🍴 I recommend horse mackerel/сафрид. 🐠
