We stayed at the hotel in early September and it was very quiet, with only a few other guests. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, despite their lack of knowledge of English. The central location is excellent - just around the corner from the central square and only a few minutes' walk from the coach station.

No breakfasts were served at the hotel but this is not a problem as it is very close to cafes and bakeries with fresh pies.

It is my 2nd time in this charming little hotel. It is meticulously clean and his a very central location. Good value for money. Staf is very courteous.

Not much negative, except that there no separate shower cell or curtain. It is a little difficult that the staff does not speak English, as they admit themselves as well. Minor points however,

The staff are very friendly and very willing to help. The location is very close to the city center and restaurants. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can find one very close. The parking lot is available, but a bit hard to find using GPS. It was all me and my family needed for a one night stay in transit from Romania to Greece.

There is noting unpleasant to mention.

Very convenient location, friednly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable. I stayed one night and found the accomodation to be well presented, my room was facing away from the main pedestrian street and it was very quiet. Not much, maybe just i noticed smell of cigarette smoke in the downstairs entrance but again this is right next to the entrance of the cafe. Upstairs was fine.

Great property located in the very heart of the city. Try the fresh bakery shop with the famous banitsa just steps from the hotel. The world tallest monument of St. Mary, Mother of Jesus that is in-scripted in the Guinness Book of Records is 5 min walking distance.

All was good..

-we got the silence we needed after a long trip - halfway from Greece -clean, everything looks brand new -cosy looking -good enough breakfast (3 choices, we chose the first one - continental). Pleasant place outside to take the breakfast

-we were charged 2.5 levas for additional tea at breakfast. Seriously ? Not big deal in terms of cost but at least announce upfront especially because this only could be payed in levas, no card. -very hard for us to reach the hotel parking since it's in the pedestrian area (using Waze at least). We searched for it during ~30 mins, exceeded the checkin time and during this period the personel was also trying to help us reach the parking. -not much English but using apps it was ok in the end

The hotel is located in the city centre with shops nearby and so on. It was very clean and the staff at reception is very friendly . The rooms are specious , clean and the interior is modern. 100% will be visiting again.

Everything was great

rooms are very good, Clean. Parking behind, free of charge. no late checkout even for Genius lev 3, and 1hr of late checkout is paid in cash only.

the bathroom is a bit problematic how it is distributed- Toilet seat under the boiler tank. but second floor with no elevator.

location - on a walk distance to historical places of Athens

surrounding- in near streets there are many people ( mainly migrants) sleeping on the street and exposing to public their acceptance of drugs

The room was extremely big, lot of space for luggages, bed very comfortable.

Difficult to communicate with the staff. Very low english level.
