Overall, it was a pleasant place with nice staff. I didn't like the first room because of strong tobacco smell, so they gave me another one. It was quiet inside and I slept well.

The breakfast was very poor. I don't like the situation when you have to pay extra even for a simple tea. Also, the whole building was overheated. It was so hot in the room that I had to turn the A/C for the night, even though it was just 5°C outside.

The hotel is new and modern. The rooms are equipped with all modern necessities. The toilet and shower are also modern and maintained very clean. I enjoy the two TVs , cold fridge, AC a d fast WiFi. Everyone working at the hotel is extremely nice and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, quiet location but close to important places in Cluj (city center is 20mins walking distance, Iulius Mall the same). Appartment is equiped with everything you need. Owners are responsive and kind.

Warm water in shower tends to take rest. I guess there is an electric boiler used. This could be improved.

It’s a completely renovated hotel. The room was cozy and modern. Everything worked well.

The location is in the industrial area of the city. There were many stray dogs around the hotel.

Located in a quiet area not far from the city center (10 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive). Clean and modern look of the rooms, comfortable bed and sofa, good AC, stable WiFi. Very friendly staff - always helpful and engaged in providing the best experience possible.

The interior design was too modern for my taste - excessive amount of mirrors in the bathroom, nightstands without drawers.
