Breakfast was good the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly the room was spacious.

The sky bar , gym and mart were not open yet which i was the most looking forward to , the location was far from the shops and malls which would have been ok if the mart was open

Miss Universe contestants was there at the same time as me and my friends. Now we know why. Your hotel is awesome!

This hotel is wonderful but the only issue is location which is quite far from city center and nightlife areas of tourists.

The swimming pool was fantastic, clean room.

I never felt accepted as a guest at this hotel. I was often asked to pay for things upfront, even though I wanted to settle my entire bill at the end due to colossal overseas charges on my credit card. At dinner, a waitress said no problem, then said I must pay because reception said so, this was really embarrassing and ruined my stay after a hard week of work in Phnom Penh. I raised this twice, lovely staff at the reception, but no action whatsoever, could not seem to contact a manager. Several times I was assured I would get a response - never happened! JUST NEVER FELT WELCOME and for the price I paid, this was not a good deal at all.

Bedrooms where clean, modern and spacious

Jingdi Polman. Targets the Chinese market and has no Cambodian feel, spirit or culture. Location is so bad. Miles away for anything and 10km to the city centre. No gym.. under construction No towels at the pool. No roof top bar. The only thing the hotel offers is a pool with a crane view Breakfast is covered in msg. The WiFi in the lobby didn’t work. It is an unfinished hotel that shouldn’t be advertising features unavailable. This is by far the worst 5* on the planet. They made me pay upfront plus a deposit.

The hotels is still under construction No restaurant open No swimming pool The rooms smelt very badly of smoke There were bugs everywhere in the room (bed included) Very strange night manager came in our room not making sense, this made us feel very unsafe. Woken up at 6am due to builders working. Air con is extremely loud This hotel should not be open and functioning for guests

Insulting / my wife has her period like any other woman in the world, and then they decide to take away or deposit. Injustice an insult to female rights.
