The apartment was amazing—really spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The building itself felt welcoming and safe, with excellent facilities. But what really made the difference was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the two wonderful receptionists who welcomed us upon arrival and took care of us during the late evening shifts. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.

Hardly anything, a newer smart TV would be nice, and a ride in that really good looking Hummer parked in the driveway but that’s being picky i guess ;)

We loved this place, The staff is great. The kitchen is good. The utensils are used but what to expect? I mean its a place many people rent. We didn't find the usage a problem, everything was working fine. We had read the description wrong and though there was a sofa I could sleep in since my friend was sick (we had 1 bedroom apartment) and the sofa was not big enough but the kind staff could fix a spare roll-bed for me. It was extremply kind. The people at the gate "guards/handymen" were also very nice an acomodating even though they didnt speak english. Would absolutley recommend.

The location was not the best but everything else was so good we didnt mind.

The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the accommodation I had was very spacious and clean (definitely exceeded my expectation). I was on a business trip, and it was in walking distance to where I needed to be; it's a little bit away from the centre, but getting a taxi or tuk tuk was easy enough. The staff was friendly.

It seems all the light switches are in the living room (including the one for the bedroom, unless I was silly enough to not be able to find it). I wish a hairdryer was provided. Not big issues though, all was manageable.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Bed room Air conditioner not cool. Staff had deep cleaning. But not still not cool. I think gas no have. And kitchen room light not work. Please fix. Next time also I want to stay again.

We liked having apartments rather than hotel rooms as it gave us more space to spread out, rather than being confined to bedrooms. Both apartments were spacious, and bright. The location, while not central, was good for the time we were there. Nice quiet street,

The plug on the kettle didn't fit the socket so we couldn't use it.

It's a great residence and I was treated very well by all the staff. Very nice place. Well deserved 10 stars. I also had a lot of horrible experiences in Phnom Penh.

I like the ambience. It's comfortable because the space is wide, the availability of an additional bedroom was cool, it's not noisy at night time, the gym was good, too...
