We stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our Cambodia trip. The location was perfect for us - close to the Royal Palace and waterfront. the hotel is located in a quiet alley off the busy road, so was a little oasis of calm! Both rooms we had were spacious and comfortable and the air con worked fine. The pool was small but lovely. You can also use the larger pool at the sister hotel next door, where the delicious buffet breakfast is also served. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, close to everything but tucked away in a quiet street (if you don't count the tuktuk drivers swarming you outside). Good view Nice decor

A little bit hard to get the room cold due to big gaps in doors/windows. The bathroom was like a sauna at times. Not easy to access power sockets for charging from the bed. Trying to turn off the lights is an adventure in itself.

The decorum (impressive khmer-baroque style!), the nice views from my room on the 10th floor, good Internet, quiet, the dining room bordering the swimming pool on the roof-top (14th floor) with stunning views at night. By the way I managed to upscale my stay from Okay Palace Hotel to its neighbouring "bigger brother" The Okay Boutique Hotel in Phnom Penh

Very central and quiet, although down a scruffy alleyway! Amazingly ornate wooden furniture. Definitely not your usual 3* hotel. Close to some pleasant little restaurants, the main museum, the palace and the riverside walk. Good value.

Very narrow building so all rooms close to the lift, with pinging lift bell every few minutes of the day!

Amazing views sipping cocktails by the rooftop pool. Gorgeous ornate timber carving and decor throughout the hotel, beautifully finished

The breakfast at the Okay Boutique was limited in range of food for the price, and quality of food not as good as nearby options. Gorgeous venue and views made up for it.

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything, but down a small alley that meant we were away from the noisy streets. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the small rooftop pool was a welcome bonus for a relaxing soak after a day spent in the city.

Great location, in a quiet side street/alley. But walking distance to many major attractions, and short cab ride into city centre.

Hotel was without hot water for 48 hours. Although hot weather didn’t make having a cold shower too much of a problem.

There are two hotels in partnership, so two great pools, good restaurant with fantastic views of the royal palace. Cocktails at happy hour were much appreciated. Remember Cambodia is hot. Location is perfect and a short walk down the lane and right is a great mini mart. For the dollars this is a great place. 👍👍

Very good breakfast, the only downside was that you had to go to OK Boutique Hotel about 50M away, occupancy numbers dictate whether they both have their restaurants open. As long as it is fine I wouldn't consider this a negative. Very large room with city views. Both hotels have very elaborate reception areas.

This hotel is up an alley about five minutes walk to the start of the main nightlife area and walking distance to all the city centre attractions, it's very quiet as not near the main road and very good value.

All was fine apart from not a lot of room to hang clothes up in the wardrobe.
