This place was all you would expect from a 3 star hotel in Phnom Penh. It is no frills but the rooms have everything you need. Good air conditioning, good wifi, good shower and a good bed. It has a well stocked bar with great bar snacks and a good quality, reasonably priced restaurant. The location is very good too, in perhaps a slightly shabby, but apparently very safe part of town. What sets this hotel apart are the staff, who without exception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and they made our stay here extremely enjoyable.

The bathroom in my particular room was, although completely functional, a little tired and it could maybe do with a little refreshment. As seems usual for this area, air conditioning was only available in the rooms, with none in the lobby/bar area although there are fans strategically located providing welcome relief from the heat.

OK, not too small clean room, comfortable, larger bed and a window with real view. Enough solid timber furniture, minibar, TV with dozens of channels (not all the best picture quality) incl. CNN, BBC, DW, ABC Australia,....Electric kettle, coffee, tea, water. Cool A/C. Clean bathroom, ok shower, toiletries. Lift in the building. Friendly Reception. Welcoming orange juice.

Additional 2.35% for paying with bank card. Thin bed cover/sheet. Slow or non-existing WiFi (in my room) so I used local mobile data/SIM (Smart network).

Very nice people at the reception. I had a locker pb on my suitcase, the staff solved the problem in 2 mins by finding the proper tool to open it. And took me to a shop to get a new one, because we were short on time. Very pleasant ant helpfull staff 🙂

Room with a view...not really view. Light above the bed not working. Be warned: shower's water so hot. You can only use #1 (still v.warm), anything higher you will cook yourself in room 202. Low water pressure. Additional 2.35% for paying with bank card.

The staffs are so accomodating I've initially book for 8 days and extended to 15 Dys in total. I supposed to transfer to a diff hotel but decided to stay because of their service initially rendered to me. They treated me as a family and they ensure that I am always safe and happy in the room. Kudos to the manager who always smile and attended to all my special requests. My room has even been upgraded for free and too big enough for me. The receptionist also is checking me everyday and going beyond an extra mile by offering free printing, looking for a vehicle for me to have my tour. Food is great and they are very generous in the buffet. They even offered discount for buffet. Room is clean and place is peaceful to work on and plenty of water, unlimited cofee and tea offered for me. Wifi is super fast! Place is within the reach of tourist spot so we just need to walk. We will surely comeback and bring my family here again. It's 💯 recommended for those who are in need of a safe and working environment for meetings.

Great location, very friendly staff and excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. Rooms were really big and well set-up. Lots of space with chairs and a desk.

A/C was strong in one of our rooms, but not great in the other. It was good that they offered filtered water in the hallways, but it was empty when we were there.

The breakfast was excellent. $6.00/person for breads, meats, eggs, and fruit. The breakfast catered to Westerners. The hotel is under new management. They have remodelled many rooms, making them bigger and nicer. The rooms are nicely done. Rooms are cleaned daily.

My stay was excellent, there was nothing I didn't like
