Vacation Boutique Hotel Location: Excellent for sightseeing and bars. Cleanliness: Spotless. Staff: Friendly and informative. Room Facilities: Basic shower and toiletries; water pressure is fine but not a power shower. Warm water over the sink is a nice touch. Coffee and tea making facilities available. Robust and easy-to-use safe. Television channels are basic. Air Conditioner: Excellent – quiet and efficient. The whole unit was dismantled and cleaned throughly while I was there. Bed: Firm and clean. Comments: - Daily room cleaning and bed-making. - I stayed in a quiet room on the second floor at the back of the hotel. Balcony faces a building about 3 meters away. Front-facing balconies overlook the street. - Note: No elevator, so consider if stairs might be challenging after a day of sightseeing. Overall: A nice little hotel in a great location. Good value for money. I would stay there again

Wifi: Speed is 1 to 3 Mbps, okay for Facebook, etc. Logging out when leaving the hotel can be a bit tedious, requiring multiple log-ins per day.

The staff was so incredibly sweet and kind and we loved how nicely prepared our room was with robes to use and our towels arranged in the shape of swans (so sweet!). Our room was decently sized and the hotel was located in a very good area, only about a 12 minute walk to the night market, a 4 minute walk to the 7/11, and a along a busy street full of restaurant options.

There were two things that we wish were better about our stay, firstly that we disliked that our room was up four flights of stairs and there was not an elevator up there. Additionally, the room worked so that the electricity would turn on only when the room card was in the door. Though we love how environmentally conscious this was, it took normally between 20-30 minutes after we arrived for the room to be a temperature we felt comfortable in and the mini fridge would turn off while we were gone so anything we put in the fridge for the day would be room temperature when we returned. Besides those two things though, we enjoyed our stay!

I truly liked everything! From the receptionist to the cleanness of the room. The room was very comfortable and I also liked the style of the boutique hotel. No lift in this hotel, but when you are healthy enough to go by steps, then would not be a big issue to stay in this hotel...Also I love the small details - the lit candle in the bath room. It smelt so good and kinda relaxing. I never had that before in a hotel room...Thank you so much once again for everything!! Now I have a favourite hotel in Phnom Penh!!! :-)))

The staff were very friendly, and the room was kept nice and clean. The AC worked really well, which was absolutely needed considering the heat outside. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The signs on the room still advertise a time for breakfast, but apparently, breakfast has been canceled since COVID-19. I don't know if I'm just dumb and couldn't figure it out or if the showers were just like that, but I could never make the showers any hotter than barely lukewarm.

I loved the warmth and the smiles of the receptionist and everyone I met at Vacation Hotel. The rooms were so comfortable, tidy and peaceful. The location also is perfect, so close to the river, the markets, the shops and the restaurants. I asked them to keep the same room when I prolonged my stay and they welcomed my request.

There is nothing I disliked really. My experience was very pleasurable. The water in the shower wasn't getting very hot but that didn't bother me much!

Nothing to dislike about "Vacation Boutique". Great value for money,clean room,very helpful staff and a good location..5 minute walk to the Mekong River and tuk tuks available always. Description on " Booking.com" :exactly how I found it. No hesitation to stay again . Highly recommend to all.

Nothing to comment on anything disliked. ( Not common to be able to say that, but a true evaluation ).

Hotel is in good location, just a short walk to St. 172 for restaurants and drinks. It has eco cred (with glass bottle water, though not chilled in the mini fridge?). My room (404) is very quiet (being higher up) and sunny with the large window opens to a small balcony with chairs and table where you can smoke and chill. The room even has two bath robes and a safe that fits my laptop. Overall, I like my room.

Slow wi-fi and a very annoying login process! df The bathroom could use improvement. They should install a tiny shell for the refillable shampoo and body wash bottles. A simple glass or wood panel to separate the shower and the toilet would be nice as current setup creates wet floor and wet toilet after each shower. The cloth curtain is inadequate. Beware when you book, make sure you request lower floors if you can't do stairs.

Perfect location as it is close to a nightlife street full of pubs meanwhile being a quiet place itself. The staff was very attentive and welcoming speaking English very well. We left early in the morning and they were there to help us with the luggage and accompany. The room was located on the 4th floor. It was quite spacious and neat. I would say that the whole hotel has its unique interior style.

Unfortunately, there's no lift/elevator, however, the staff helped to bring our quite heavy luggage on the 4th floor. It was a bit unexpected to see a building site just in front of our cozy balcony and the French doors didn't help to keep the place quiet. There was a bit of unpleasant smell in the room probably due to the sewerage, nevertheless, the room was regularly cleaned.

The room was great and quite big. Clean room with complete amenities.

Just a bit dim with lighting in the room and at the lobby. The mini fridge didn't work well and our lights flicker for a minute or so every time I charge my phone, heat water or use the hairdryer. I had to tinker a bit to get it to work but once you turn off the room it doesn't work again. I think the staff were aware it doesn't work since it did not have the usual minibar drinks inside.

The Staff is amazing. They respond instantaneously to your request and help with whatever demand. They are always cheerful and ready to assist. The location is the best where you are at a walking distance of everything ( restaurants, clubs, markets, river,etc…)

The light in the rooms is dim and needed to be as bright as the other hotels.
