Location and views from the high floors. Great value. Reception staff were very friendly, but maybe in the future, they need to take a special note when an issue is pointed out by 1 customer because there are probably 10 that notice, but say nothing. I do like this hotel and I will stay again. The public critique below is meant for their improvement. They do deserve your business

Cleanliness and maintenance of the bathrooms could use more attention. Shower drain blocked / highly restricted. If the shower was on for more than 1 - 2 minutes, which was often required just to warm up, water would spill into the main living areas. I asked 4 times over 3 days for this to be addressed. I ended up in frustration buying the tools and removing built-up hair and debis to repair myself. The manager seemed to only find out after I made a point of the repair myself. He was very good about it and seemed genuinely unaware. So perhaps a communication breakdown. Either way, they really need to be cleaning and clearing the drains regularly so it doesn't become a problem in the first place.

The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large fridge and a small kitchen. The swimming pool on the roof was good, with lovely views over Phnom Penh. The hotel is very close to the Old Market (Phsar Chas) and only a short distance to The Tonle Sap riverfront. This was my second stay at Residence 110 and will definitely not be my last.

Location near the Mekong river, near night market, near good food, near all the best attractions in Phnom Penh. Nice gym with a view from 14th floor. Pool area was also clean and with nice view from 13th floor.

Shower room ventilation made a little bit too much noise while working.

The price is quite low comparing to the quality. Well cleaned. The room is simple but enough.

It is not a fault of the hotel, but the building is old. So that I felt smell from the drain in bathroom and found many small insects in shower room. When I arrived at the reception, the first word from the staff was "Do you have a reservation?" without simle. If he said " Welcome" with smile as the first word, I could have different impression.

The room was large and comfortable with a small balcony at the back of the building with some interesting views. Unfortunately, it's one of the places where there is no electricity when you are out of the room. This includes the fridge. So, at the end of a long day, the room is hot and stuffy, ice cubes are at least half melted, and the fridge is warm. You won't get a cold drink while you wait half an hour or so for the room to start cooling down. It's located only a few minutes Tuk Tuk ride from many good bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. Unfortunately, their English was very basic and asking for advice or directions was almost impossible. Google translate had to be used to ask them to instruct a driver to take me to a Bank. It was at least 10 minutes before agreement was reached on where I wanted to go. Unfortunately, there is NO Skybar and restaurant, as was advertised. There IS a pool on the roof thought. It was lovely .

The pool was very nice as is the view of the city from the pool area. The room was reasonably clean. The location is in the Riverside area, which is a bustling and lively area. I was on the seventh floor, so it was high enough so avoid the noise of the street, which can get loud at night.

In terms of room size, the price is slightly higher for what you get, but that is to be expected due to the expenses from the pool and being in the Riverside district.

Awesome Budget Hotel! Staff so wonderfully helpful! Location is just Perfect. The Room! WOW, arrived early, no problem with waiting. Used rooftop pool while waiting, an hour later because I booked 5 nights they upgraded me to a full ‘apartment style’ room. Full Kitchen. Great Wetroom bathroom, the biggest and most comfortable bed on my 3 week tour, great views from the balcony over the city (9th Floor) but the bonus to end all bonuses as a traveller, I had my own washing machine out on balcony!!! Cannot say enough good things about this place!! For these prices, BOOK IT NOW!!

As a solo traveller, I could not find one single fault for the hotel at this price range! Great place

The room and bathroom was acceptable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The mini fridge worked, so I was able to chill some local fruits (bought from street stalls) before eating them. Location was walking distance from all these places - from the river; 126 Restaurant for B & L (great for Breakfast, try their pork bun), 3333 Restaurant II (B, L, D); Pho & Bun Cha Deli (right next door) L & D; Central Market. Took a tuk tuk to Russian market.

Room 606. Saw one of those tiny little cockroach crawling on the table. And there were some ants. The balcony door latch was broken, so I could not lock the balcony door.

Very nice quality, comfortable beds, the pool was great, the gym. Good restaurant as well. Staff was lovely.

I would not recommend booking transport through them. I booked a bus and ferry to Koh Rong. Although the bus was very nice for a good price, their providers do communicate well. I was told I would have transport between the bus to the pier. I was dropped off on the side of a highway 2 km from the pier. I was tricked into taking a tuk tuk which I thought was the included transport and had to pay a high price. When I questioned the lady working on the bus she insisted I get out on the highway.

Check in was easy. Room was large and clean. Air con is brilliant. Nothing to complain about. Gym is good with everything you need and air con. Pool on rooftop is good, can get busy towards evening but pretty quiet during day so nice to chill out and sit on the beds. Checked out at 12 but staff let us keep our bags there for a few hours and stay by the pool until our bus came later at 3pm. Views from the restaurant at night are amazing.

Nothing! Great hotel. Only issue was the guests above us were really loud but not a reflection on the hotel.
