The room we booked came with a private pool. Although the room was huge it only had a double bed in. We were travelling as a family of 5 so booked 2 rooms as the kids would have loved the pool room. Staff were lovely.

Very dirty and items damaged. Ripped sheets on the bed, huge hole in the sofa. And the main one, there was POO which looked like human in the pool! The reason we booked this room and hotel. There was a lot of dirt on the floor in the room and throughout the hotel. Not very well maintained. Which is sad as the location and view were lovely.

The room was very beautiful and big. With a beautiful balcony and a wonderful view of the river. Staff very nice. And food is mostly available 24 hours a day. Food is also delicious. The best part of my stay is the location. This hotel is on the river. And in the heart of Riverside Phnom Penh. Thanks

Entrance and near the elevator some garbage . They need to improve their Cleaning

The location is amazing . Staff is very nice . My Room was small but the value of money, because this hotel in front of River so we can enjoy river view during sitting outside and enjoy dinner . River and main Road together make my stay more enjoyable . Thanks

This hotel was nice. At great Location. Downstairs have Indian Restaurant . I enjoy their Indian Breakfast on reasonable price. And Dinner too. I love Palak Paneer with Garlic Naan. Its was Yummy. Sure will come back again . Thanks

They should focus on their Cleaning and some Maintenance .

This beautiful and calm place like a home . The staff are helpful and attentive to every need and the friendly manager shows a personal interest in all of his guests. I loved welcome drinks to the surprise snacks package that they prepared for our long onward journey. The pool is beautiful and breakfast was enough and the bedroom was big size.This hotel is a must for anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

It was basic breakfast , no complain as included in the room charge,adding some soups will be better

Internet was bit slow although staff hekped me to connectwith loby, lift can accommodate only 6 people, The view was great and staff is ready to serve, room delivery was good , The restaurant only open till 2 am , it will be better if they can serve food in late hours.

Staff actually to my surprise were also foreigners to Cambodia like myself. These super guys are from India & Sri Lanka, kinda like my Toronto cottage buds on Lake Erie, Ontario Canada. They helped me out sooo much as I had some “ jams “

Staff was ecofriendly.Food was superb.Reason, I felt comfortable, if someone wants to meet you. You can sit in restaurant and can sit outside on restaurant table which gives you immense peaceful .

Service was little slow but i think they are doing their best

This hotel is located in a great location. The staff was nice, my room was small but nice with a bathtub. Overall everything was good. Will definitely come back.

Stairs and Corridor was dirty .

The location is really convenient. Near the market, restaurants and bus station. Staff are very nice and transferred us immediately to a new room when we conplained about our room's cleanliness.

The first room we were in looked like it was not cleaned.
