I liked the hospitable staff and the clean atmosphere. The bedroom is always quiet, with Aircon on, allowing me to relax at night. The washroom is very clean. The location is accessible, near the river. The hotel also can arrange tours and packages for you, just approach them, and they give you comprehensive outlook of it. There are tables with sockets on the side, very friendly for those who are work & travelling!!

The food is not the best. Also the curtains on the beds don't close all the way, sometimes, I can feel a little weird or insecure.

Staff members I got to talk to( young slim uni guy with glasses and Moeun) were really friendly and nice🙂🥰 Room was clean. Spacious. Bathroom also clean. View was great too!! Location right next to the night market and the river too.

The area is all hooker and prostitution place which I didn't know😅 it was a little surprise for me🤣

The room was great - everything I needed. Great restaurant on the rooftop. Staff extremely helpful! Also pool, which was superb.

Smokers appear to have free rein. It is unpleasant around the pool and also in the restaurant. The majority lose out to the minority.

This was my third stay in Onederz Phnom Penh and it remained amazing. The staff in particular really went above and beyond: they are all incredibly helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. (They were able to arrange a visa extension for me, and make sure my passport was safely shipped to Siem Reap the following week). The facilities are top notch and the restaurant and rooftop bar are lovely and welcoming.

My sheet had a stain when I arrived. Once the staff was informed, they were extremely apologetic and it was changed without any problem.

The riverside area is essentially the red light district so just be aware of that!

I liked the restaurant which was very ambient and ok food prices - drinks a little pricier. The location by the river is lovely, and i stayed during song kran so some awesome night markets! Within walking distance to a lot of cool sights!

I had to stay in their annex building which is just across the street. It was to the same great standard as their main building but didnt have an elevator which made life difficult - had to climbs 4 flights pf stairs and cross the road to get to restaurant. I was ok with it but wish i had known this was a possibility earlier! It also felt slightly less social than other hostels but not by much

- Located near the river so the views from the rooftop are amazing. - Dorm and private room are spacious. - You can rent a towel for a $5 deposit. - They also organize some activities, which is a good thing, though I didn’t join any because it felt a bit unorganized and unclear to me (especially compared to Onederz Siem Reap). - Swimming pool on the rooftop. - Restaurant on the rooftop with decent food. - ATM inside. - Staff is nice.

- Some stains in the bedsheets. - Only two shared toilets/showers is not enough. - Walls are super thin. You can hear everyone screaming in the hallways/running down the stairs. - Wifi in the dorm and private room was straight up terrible to almost non-existent. In the common areas and restaurant it does work.

+ great location (however it could get very loud at times) + clean + nice facilities + nice amenities + friendly staff I like that it has plenty of communal space. The rooftop pool is also very nice.

Nothing really that irks me. But if I were to be hard-pressed to look for things to comment, here are the room for improvement (imho): + hanging hooks on the room and/or for the lower bunk + let the air condition remote stays in the room + complete enclosement on the bathroom cubicles with exhaust fan (in bad luck occasion you might find yourself stuck in shower stall showering but with the unpleasant aroma of someone’s digestive explosion next to you because you shared the same air)

I had a great experience staying at Onederz Phnom Penh! The hostel is clean, modern, and well-organized, making it a perfect place for both solo travelers and groups. The rooftop pool with a stunning river view was definitely a highlight – a great spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The dorms were comfortable, with privacy curtains, personal lights, and power outlets at each bed. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool even in the heat. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations or travel arrangements. The location is also ideal – right by the riverside, within walking distance of local markets, restaurants, and attractions. The in-house café had delicious and affordable food, which was super convenient. If I had to mention one small downside, the curtains on the dorm beds didn’t close fully, which could affect privacy for some. But overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely return! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

1.) Big Shout-out to the whole staff. Very friendly, always smiling, helps you with everything, speaks English very good, found my stuff I lost (and I lost my key several times). Very good and competent staff 2.) The dorm is clean and big. Big locker (you can put your whole luggage in it). Beds are comfortable and big. Fresh beddings. 3.) Restaurant/Bar is awesome. On the rooftop, with an awesome view. Very clean. Food is very tasty and lots of choices. Staff is fabulous. I walked into the bar and they immediately knew what I wanted to drink. And the staff are very funny. 4.) ATM in the hostel. 5.) Great location. Very close to all places of interest. I had the best start in cambodia.

There are only half curtains on the beds.
