Location, very big room,

Low wifi connection, the smell in the room.

the hotel was certainly value for money, it was located at close to many tourist attractions and on a road with endless restaurants, cafes and bars. The beds were comfortable. Room came with decent views of the city. I was able to store my luggage after check out which was very much appreciated. There was a water refill station that was handy as it avoided me having to use plastic. Lifts were working and took me to my floor conveniently. I felt safe, room was clean and spacious. Water bottles were provided in the room, with other drinks and snacks being charged extra for if consumed.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and overall did not have a negative experience.

It is in walking distance of everything you want to see! The bars and food up and down the street are all amazing. The stuff here are so happy to help you, and on Chinese new years I woke up to a plate of oranges and an envelope with ₩1000 bucks! I would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Honestly, there is a lot to be done on cleaning. But also I was just happy to be there and I looked past all the little things and kept my eye on one thing, that I was in Phnom Penh Cambodia ❤️

Great very convenient location and clean comfortable room and having a lift was a real bonus also and the staff were very helpful also and they kindly insured my laundry was returned to me quickly. There is also a handy grocery store at the end of the road on the corner only a minute or so away. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant so i can't comment on that but i found a nice cheap vegetarian/vegan place a short walk away.

Sometimes there was some loud singing etc from the street at night as quite a few bars and restaurants in the road outside so i was glad i was at the back of the hotel not the front facing rooms.

The room was "rustic" but it was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful and there are many stores and restaurants within easy walking difficulties. There was a lift to upper floors so it was easy to get my luggage there. The hotel provided everything that they advertise and all up it was a very good stay. Thank you.

The hotel was subject to some noise from the nearby bars into the night but if you have no trouble sleeping (like myself) it's okay. The aircon blew straight onto the bed ... that could be a bit uncomfortable for some people.

Very decent value for the cost, as long as you get a room on the back. Walking distance to everywhere in the center, comfortable bed, spacious room, good desk.

On the first night I was in a front-side room, which thought was subpar in every way - noisy and the bathroom wasn't very nice, but they changed it willingly. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't very stable throughout the day.

The hotel is centrally located with many places easily accessible within walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Friendly helpful staff.

The wifi in the rooms is weak. Probably not ideal for digital nomads and the like. The hotel needs to upgrade the wifi system to meet customer expectations.

The location is fine; 5 minutes walk to Riverside. The room had a basic standard with a comfortable double bed and it is absulutely "value for money" Breakfast till 10.30 perfect for me, a choice from a-la-carte-meny and a small bowl of salat every day, perfect. And good coffee :)

If some of the staff would imrove their english, it would be good, because they are trying and they are nice and helpful :

Big and spacious room with a large windows view. I love that the shower was separated from the toilet. High speed wifi connection but it would be very slow in the night. The location was convenient and closer to a supermarket, spa, salon, restaurants, market and the beach.

I had snacks in my room that I could eat for an extra charge, however could not be told what's the charge amount.

Great hotel. If you want a hotel that is good value right in the heart of the hustle and bustle then this is a fantastic option. Stayed two weeks, extended by two weeks, and am returning. The room I had was very spacious with fantastic amenities. Step outside and you are straight into bars, restaurants, and city attractions.
