Excellent value for money. Very friendly service. Perfect location, central close to 7-Eleven and many restaurants. The hotel is small with a guesthouse atmosphere. We had the apartment and an additional room and both had all the amenities we needed with the apartment having a basic equipped kitchen and a lovely view of the river. The best perk was the soundproof bedrooms. It was noisy outside but the rooms were so quiet. The excellent wifi and the computer table with extra sockets was another plus point. Will definitely book it again.

Fantastic location, very central and only a short tuk tuk ride to places such as, Bassac Lane, Aeon Mall etc. walks way from Royal Palace, river front! I believe it was the owner that welcomed me in. Very accommodating. Ready and willing to help with everything! I can only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll happily stay again and a reccomend it to other people! Plus the bed was very comfortable- I’ve not slept so well in Months!

Had no issue- would have been nice to have hotter water but that’s a small issue and did not effect my stay.

Brilliant location. Lovely balcony overlooking River, fresh cool breezes constantly. All staff helpful, Srun the manager goes above and beyond with much helpful advice, always smiling. Lovely two weeks.

There's nothing to dislike about hotel, good sized accommodation, clean and welcoming.

The location us awesome, especially if you go for a room with the balcony on Riversise … one of THE best views in Phnom Penh… The manager Srun and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful … a pleasure to be around.

If you are on a higher floor, you need good mobility as there is no lift

No lift, which was okay for me but with a big family would be an issue, Was a bit dirty and could do with some repairs

The balcony room was big and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting watching the riverfront and sunsets. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Close to markets and food. When transiting back through Phnom Penh at the end of our trip we will stay here again.

The staff were more than helpful and allowed us to upgrade to a unit that was about 3 times larger at a low cost. The view of the beach was nice.

A few ants and roaches from time to time but not terribly bad

The hotel is located strategically walking distant to many convenient stores like 7 -11 and night markets. Close to tourist attractions. Recommended to book Deluxe Double Room with Riverview.The river view is absolutely stunning.

Great value great location great host very spacious room a view with the wow factor manager made sure my scooter was in a secure place, and very friendly and helpful , I would stay here again

For the price it cost to stay here it would be impossible to complain
