Our deluxe room and view overlooking the Royal Palace! All staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely with 5 loungers, but did have small tables and chairs. Property was very clean.

Was surprised that the Rooftop Bar and restaurants were not affiliated to the Hotel, so you could not charge to your hotel room. Towels were worn and threadbare. Breakfast was a little skimpy and if you went later items weren't frequently replenished but you just had to ask.

The location was excellent with the Royal Palace, Royal Museum and the lively riverside Sisowath Quay close by . The reception staff were courteous and very efficient during the checking in . The breakfast had a good spread. Restaurants, minimarts and roadside food stalls lining up St 178 , where the hotel is located, one is spoiled for choice for lunch and dinner.

Amazing location. Very nice and polite staff. Food at the skybar was good and nice Riverside view. Room was big and super clean but no view/window where I stayed unfortunately. Breakfast was ok but best was the Pho station where someone would do your soup on demand every morning.

No window in my room so just soecify that you want one with outside light

Staff were great. Location great. I've stayed there a many times over last 10 years but the staff made me feel really at home this time.

Only 1 lift so walked up/down a lot to save time.

Amazing location, steps away from the river and right across the Royal Palace Garden and National museum. The rooms were okay, not great but also not bad. The staff was very kind and friendly but struggled with their English so it wasn't so easy to communicate. There's complementary water on every floor, which is much appreciated. The pool has a bit of a strange layout, but it's great to have the option to go for a dip to cool off from the Cambodian heat.

The place is quite outdated overall, the shower head was super short so we had to bend over to get our heads wet, which was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was not great, I don't mind that it's mainly asian oriented food, but there just weren't many options and the food was very oily. Also, breakfast is served on an open rooftop (covered, but open) so it was quite hot even with all the fans on.

The hotel has an excellent location, probably one of the best in Phnom Penh. The staff both, at the reception and the restaurant, are extremely polite and professional. We had a problem with the internet connection on the second floor, and the staff managed to move us to a much better room on the 5th floor where the internet was excellent. The rooms (especially few of them) would undeniably need some renovation (the bathrooms in particular) . The pool and restaurant area are very pleasant.

It would be nice to have hooks for the towels in the bathroom. More umbrellas and chairs are really needed in the swimming pool area.

Needed couple more options to the breakfast. Very strange that when I checked in for a family of 4 was told I booked a room with 1 bed which I know I didn't! But was given a room with 2 beds easily enough.

The location was amazing and the view of the Palace from the terrace was impressive. The staff was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was decent, always very clean though, but the furniture could be renovated in the near future. The terrace and the outdoor bathtub was just exceptional.

Food at the rooftop bar was disappointing and you shouldn't trust the pictures shown in the menu, when it's put on the table it looks quite different. So different that after my complaint they offered to remove it from my bill.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equiped, fridge, safe, fruit, tea and coffee. the pool was clean and a good place to cool down. The rooftop restaurant was really nice, great view over the river and good food, they also served a great breakfast every day. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly, and helpful.

very difficult I really enjoyed my 9 night stay and i had no problem with anything in the hotel. it was fantastic and i will stay again on my next visit to Phnom Penh.

This is definitely one of the best stays of our trip, excellent value for money! The location is perfect - you’re right in the heart of everything you want to explore and see. The top view is fantastic, the breakfast egg station is excellent, and although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it was very clean and nice for a coffee after breakfast. I have to give special thanks to the reception staff, Teth and his female colleague (sorry, I didn’t catch her name). They went above and beyond to help us return my husband’s phone, which he left in the taxi that dropped us off at the hotel. Your hospitality was truly outstanding - thank you so much! Also hotel offers free bicycles for guests, which can be super cool. Highly recommend this place - it’s an amazing experience!

Really there is anything I can complain to. It is not 5* facility, and it is not marketed as such so really for someone who needs a good located place for their trip it’s a great value for money.
