Comfy bed and clean room. Very friendly staff, who went above and beyond. They helped us with booking transport to the next location and gave recommendations. They also looked after our scooter by bringing it in to the hotel foyer and locking it safely overnight. Despite us booking online, when we arrived the hotel was fully booked, however the owner arranged for us to stay at a different hotel for the night at their expense with free transport both ways.

The hallway light shone through the window above the door, however there was a switch at the end of the corridor to turn it off. Other that minor problem I can't fault it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nawin Palace Guesthouse in Phnom Penh! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to assist. My room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The air conditioning worked beautifully, the shower was fantastic, and the mini fridge was spotless and convenient. The location was simply ideal, with easy access to everything I wanted to explore in the city. I highly recommend Nawin Palace Guesthouse to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, as it was conveniently situated near the Royal Palace and the stunning Mekong River. The facilities at the hotel were nice ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our private room was delightful - it offered a nice clean room. We were impressed by how efficiently the hotel arranged for a tour of Tuol Sleng and Choeung Ek, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. The tuk-tuk drivers provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay, adding even more convenience and enjoyment to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Phnom Penh.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel with walkable access to the tourism area, then this is the one! We booked Nawin Hotel for our stay in Phnom Penh, and it was a wonderful hotel with great location in town. They also have a proper lobby, toilets that we can use outside our check-in time. We can keep our luggage at the reception safely for free. This hotel is located near popular tourist destinations, the night market, riverside, and even the Bus station, all within a minute walk. We enjoyed our time there, overall, thanks for a great hospitality during our stay in Cambodia.

The staff and facilities were great. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic. It is situated near the magnificent Royal Palace and Museum, and even offers a stunning view of the picturesque Mekong River. A room was nice and comfort. The staff spoke good english and was helpful in any questions we had and also arranged a great bike tour in Phnom Penh for me. The common rooms and toilets were always clean and kept in good condition. A good place to stay and I would recommend it.

I am a returning guest. I always choose Nawin when we visit PP. The owner Mr Chet is so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Location is great, close to riverside and the palace. Rooms are clean and well presented. Room rates are very comparable to others in the area and the coin laundry which is also owned by Mr Chet on the next street over is very convenient. 5 stars

Stayed here a few times now, very friendly staff and clean room with a good location. Room has comfortable bed, TV and air-com. Bonus was my friend left his mobile phone in the room and the staff found it and handed it in to the reception. The staff then agreed to bring the phone to Siem Reap as the staff was going there and we had gone there after Phnom Penh. Excellent honest and helpful staff thank you.

Firstly the kindness and honesty of the staff..the gentleman returned my wallet to me as I lost it whilst taking my clothes washing to the laundry shop opposite..also the cleanliness of this establishment and most importantly the peace i require at night made my stay enjoyable..many thanks..

Staff are very friendly and helpful, is a young hard work team always ready to advice or help. Whole building daily cleaning and offer daily clean up of the room. Quite impress. The location is great nearby royal palace, the market and the Riverside. Beds are comfortable for me and my family and the room has all the facilities and amenities needed. Nice and strong WiFi.

The bed was extremely comfortable & the room was lovely. The whole place felt very comfortable and nice to be in.

The air conditioning is very weak and hardly worked in our room, it was our fault for not asking the staff for assistance. Walking up 6 flights of steap steps might be a lot if you're elderly or struggle with that sort of thing so perhaps request a lower floor if you have problems because theres a lot available. Otherwise perfect and we really reccomend.
