I have stayed there many times this is a wonderful place clean and in the perfect location, the manager is now a friend of mine as I have stayed there many times, I would not stay anywhere else it’s a wonderful clean good service a block from the riverside, it’s also next to the royal palace great coffee shop downstairs, and close to the nightlife on the riverside 5 minutes to the riverside walk , I cannot say enough good things about this hotel , it’s fantastic, I have stayed in Phnom Penh over 100 times and I would not stay in another hotel this is the best . I did not try their breakfast, the staff were wonderful, helpful, pleasant, the best👍 all was very nice, only problem is many people smoking in many rooms and can smell it sometimes coming in my room, would be better non smoking hotel or non smoking floors like mostly all hotels have now. And flat screen wifi TV would be quite the standard to have on the room as well as a small fridge 🙏 Thank you for the very nice stay here

no smoking in rooms, have a TV and fridge 🙏 the first rooms shown to me were smelly, old , not like the pictures when booking, but since RS has several hotels the newer ones were ideal without any problems👍

We booked a superior room and it was huge and full of character. The bathroom was also huge. The location is unbeatable with the Royal palace, the riverfront and a lot of cafes and street food near by. The staff is very friendly. There is a convenience store on the ground floor so you have all your needs (water/milk, beer, bread etc) covered. Excellent!

There was a hint of cigaret smell in the room though the room was non-smoking. Most probably it came from the outside or it used to be allowed to smoke in the room earlier. There is actually no balcony though I think what I booked was marked 'with a balcony'. The window is tiny for such a huge room so it is not full of light any part of the day. It is not that we did not like it – it is totally ok for the price and we were not disappointed. I write it for those for whom this could matter.

It's a little gem of a place, and just about as good as it gets for the money. The rooms are safe, secure, comfortable enough and situated to the rear of a 24hr convenience store, what more do you want for 1-2 days stay

The room was huge, great value, clean and comfortable, best low-budget hotel I have stayed in in PP, complete with balcony and bathtub. Great location, and with a 24/7 minimart downstairs!

This was not a downside for me but there are stairs, no elevator, which I like for the extra exercise. No pool or restaurant but for the price it was great, and there is so much nearby, it was not a problem.

It was a nice location right next to the Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was up 5 flights of stairs and no lift , room a bit run down but very clean. For the .money definitely worth it.

Big and clean rooms with big bathroom, air conditioner and hot water. Very close to Royal Palace, National museum and the Riverside. They also have a nice corredor with balcony.

They have an exchange money service with a very low rate

we satiated in 04/2022 mmmmm Not bad! but the STAFF IS UNRESPONSIVE! it should be cheaper! you should train your staff and let them know that reviews are everything! BUT ALSO GOOD BECAUSEE THEY ACCEPT CARD!

Really good place with friendly staff. Comfortable room, good location.

5 floor without elevator. Sometimes noise from outside.

The location is amazing. The apartment layout made it very easy and the convenience of the supermarket made everything even better.
