The refrigerator was not working in the room when checking in. It was changed in 15 minutes. And was working after that all my stay. At some point an air conditioning machine started to leak water, it was fixed in one hour. Room cleaning was efficient and good quality. And they do not wake you in the morning, you can sleep if you want to. The room was cleaned 1.30-2.00 pm. Location in absolutely excellent, Royal Palace is near by and also several mini marts and places where to eat. There is a coffee shop downstairs (not part of the hotel), which has excellent internet connection and good smoothies.

The location is unbeatable and so is the view from the 3rd floor balcony. When you book here, you book a budget hotel so if your requirements are high, look for more stars and book elsewhere rather than rating it down. For a backpacker or budget traveller it's excellent, much better than I expected. I booked a superior room and it didn't disappoint. Since I was staying for a while, it was nice to have a fridge, a kettle and a door opening up to the balcony that had some chairs. The room was clean and spacious enough with a practical setup, and the shower was properly hot. Powerful aircon as well. The WiFi was in general very good, but had some hiccups. The staff fixed it straight away though. It's worth noting that there is not really a reception, but a check in booth that checks people in for both RS2 and RS3. Not a problem though. Everything you need can be found within 100m from the hotel.

The door locks need fixing.

Yes I’m American, I’ve travel there often as I live in saigon, both rs quest houses are wonderful, helpful staff, I’ve always been more than please going there. The manager is a very helpful young man, the cleaners are happy and respectful. If your going to pp the location is the best just off riverside a great 24 hour coffee shop below , they sell bus tickets , it’s the best location in the city for walking . Rod Monroe

Everything was OK. The location is excellent close to river, Royal palace etc. Very helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day after I left out (they do not wake you up, Great!). Shopping possibilities, minimarts close by.

I did like everything.

The location is excellent for attractions, restaurants and nightlife. You can walk to many significant attractions but there are also Tuk Tuk everywhere.

It's a low cost hotel, that exceeds its price in value for money. If you want fancy then there are other options nearby.

The location was perfect only a minute walk from the royal palace. Room and bathroom was a good size and it was good value for money. WiFi and Aircon worked very well.

It wasn't the cleanest, the bed sheet was ripped and there were quite a few ants, bathroom had a constant drip from the ceiling and you could smell the drains.

Location, the view, coffee shop and other restaurants, Royal Palace and Royal Gardens, the Riverwalk, etc., etc.

The location is awesome! And the balcony is super good. The room was fine for one person, ac works and everything was pretty seamless. They let me check in early, room was ready and cleaned.

Location is absolutely excellent. Room cleaners were very good and if you want to sleep long in the morning they are not waking you up. I truly like this.

The door lock was not always opening easy.

Great location and nice view. Promotion price was good value

The place is a bit tired and needs some maintenance..... The street vendeurs quietened after midnight but the dogs start at 4am......
