Beautiful rooms, central location, good breakfast

There's a coffee machine, but you need to pay for pods. Same price as buying a coffee out and they were stale.

Great view from top side, pool was deep enough, Nice room with a bathtub and shower curtain worth their name (I.e. keeps the shower water in shower area) I liked the breakfast, but the manned breakfast egg station could improve with a few simple ingradients. Still, what came out was all good.

The room balcony was unuseable, the AC unit is blasting it with 50°C hot air and very noisy (as expected). The pool water in afternoon was quite a bit filthy. I could not spend time there afternoon / evening. You could not see from one end of the pool to the other, mind you I was looking at the shortest path! Less than 5m of visibility!

I like the location, a little off the beaten path. If you can agree with the temperature of Phnom Penh this will offer a quite nice walk towards the riverside or to one of several market places. Last time I was here must have been an exception because this time there was no issues with pool cleanliness. Instead it was nice to (attempt) to cool off in the pool area. Room is excellent in most ways, breakfast is ok to give you a good start of the day.

I kept banging my knee at the corner of the bed when walking around it. I placed a folded towel there after the second time. The AC unit is quite close to balcony area so you you'll feel the heat of Phnom Penh but added AC heat too. Anyway, it doesn't make any difference to me since I am not interested in sitting there. Unfortunately I can't recommend the pancakes from breakfast serving (rest is fine though!). I love pancakes, but I can't understand what happened to these flat disasters. Same issue persisted on every breakfasts so it is systematic.

Nice size rooms in a good location to all the major sights. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The pool was great with nice views of the city, especially during sunset. We were a family of four, including a 15 year old and an 11 year and it met all of our needs from the UK. You can access everything from this hotel easily.

My only criticism and our children said the same, you need air conditioning in the Reasturant. We found it hard to eat in such warm temperatures. It ruins your appetite, especially at breakfast, being an important meal of the day. Although there are fans, they don't cool, it just pushed the warm air around.

The feature of this place is definitely the rooftop pool and bar area! The decor is in a local style with wood carvings and worship areas which looks great. Food and drinks on the rooftop area were great and well priced. Great views over the Palace area and close by to riverside food, night markets, minimarts and street food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Resident tuk tuk driver out the front (Choum) is funny and great, we're staying in touch with him!!

Lifts were a bit slow but not a problem!

The hotel is in a perfect location. The center, all sights within walking distance. The rooftop pool is connected to the restaurant and there is a truly magnificent view of the entire city. During our stay we used the local restaurant several times and all the meals were very tasty. The breakfast is quite sufficient, a large selection, everything is constantly replenished. I definitely recommend the hotel. Perfect experience.

I recommend repairing the tiles in the pool (the partition between the pool and the paddling pool) there are broken tiles, my son cut his leg on them.

A lovely traditional; family owned Cambodian hotel. Very clean spacious room. Excellent staff service. The manager Pov ensured that the hotel ran very smoothly and accommodated the needs of our group. It is well located near Riverside, Royal palace and Museum. Down a quiet alley so not noisy at night. Water fountain in foyer to replenish your bottles. Air conditioning in the room was very welcome.

The lifts were very slow. One lift was incredibly frustrating, it constantly stopped at every level despite no levels being selected.

* great location - many attractions are within walking distance * the interieur - almost every wall is covered in wood, floors a wooden, the furniture is made from wood. I've stayed at many soulless hotels in SEA over the years, but this is none of them * the pool and the view from the rooftop * very helpful and attentive staff

* the lobby looks a bit cramped which gives a bit of a false impression when you arrive * while parts of the furniture have gotten a bit long in the tooth, it is nothing to complain about, IMHO. It just adds to the atmosphere and - given the location and the overall cost/performance ratio - is neglectable.

I have stayed at this hotel before and believe me, The Hotel Lobby is out of this world,, 🌎. People come just to see the Lobby And the outside 😲😲😲.The Bedroom's Are big (mine was😂😂)shower 🚿 to die for,,and also a rain shower to. The Breakfast Buffet is also Excellent a very wide choose.on the 15 floor with Fantastic views,, On the 14,floor is the swimming pool 😲 wow 3 side of the pool pans the city 🏙️🌆🏙️🌆 one side looks over the Royal Place and the River beyond. The Restaurant is on the 14, floor,,,you can order and sit round the pool if you choose to....ALL IN ALL I LOVE THIS HOTEL..
