This is a nice place. Full apartment with two bedrooms, balcony, rooftop pool and gym. It is equipped enough that you could easily prepare basic meals. Two TVs with streaming services. Laundry washing machine. Good location and comfortable beds. We only stayed overnight in-between destinations but would definitely consider this for a longer stay. This would be a 9.5-10/10, but because it had clearly been smoked in, it gets an 8/10. For reference, we are a Canadian family with two teenagers that have been travelling SE Asia for 2 months.

All rooms are advertised as no smoking. Immediately upon walking in there was an obvious and strong odour of cigarette smoke. I immediately asked to be put in a non-smoking room and was informed that this was a non-smoking room. The employee agreed it smelled like smoke, however, and they brought us an air freshener which helped a bit. We ended up with headaches and clothes smelled a bit like smoke.

Everything was perfect, all the staff are friendly, clean and nice room, the infinity pool on the rooftop is beautiful + an REAL fitness gym with a lot of equipment After a few different hotel in the city, Amata is probably the best place in PP I will come again for sure Jerome

The property was clean, rooms were very spacious and staff were very friendly. Close to local markets and shops. Room cleaning was provided every day with fresh towels and bottles of water while we were staying.

Not many restaurants were located in walkable distance from the place, but it wasn’t too far to go to nice restaurants by tuktuk or car. So overall it was all good.

We rented a one bedroom apartment. Facilities are at it best with pool and sauna. Hopefully next time they can have a restaurant within the hotel. All the receptionist were friendly, accomodating and very helpful.

May we suggest that if the property can provide a kitchen towel which is one of the very important need of a kitchen.

The room is big enough and they provided a clean environment. As a service apartment, enough facilities are supplied. The location is also good. A supermarket is near the hotel and it is very convenient.

The breakfast is not provided, although generally it caused no problems. This time, my health conditions are not good. Thus, some kind of breakfast is welcome.

There was no restaurant so I ordered Grab or went out. There is 24 hour security and Lobby, the staff were always friendly and accommodating, I wish it had been warmer because the top floor pool looked so inviting! The room had everything you need

AMATA is a fantastic place located in a beautiful area of Phnom Penh city. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The wi-fi is reliable and quite strong for Cambodia. The gym and pool on the 12th floor is absolutely gorgeous too. We will be staying here again and we can recommend this place to everyone honestly.

Everything was amazing

The flat is really big and has everything you could need, including an ironing board, a washing machine, Netflix, and many other features I didn’t have time to explore. The staff are very helpful, and the pool and gym are nice and clean. It takes about 30–40 minutes to reach the airport and 15–20 minutes to get to the downtown area.

Spacious, super clean rooms, excellent cleaning staff and reception. Very affordable price for superb facilities. I will be back soon

Excellent facilities in the room. Very good housekeeping and value for money. Quiet location. Easy to get transport and not too far from city center to get groceries etc.

Air conditioner in bedroom is a bit noisy. That should be fixed.
