A comfortable, spacious apartment with good facilities - a rooftop pool with great views and clean, clear water. Its a serviced apartment rather than a hotel suite, but the staff were helpful by, for example, ensuring our wifi was working after an initial hiccup. The kitchen and balcony and really nice and we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the streets below. The location is good for the Toul Kork area, and although a little far from some of the tourist areas, it is closer to the airport.

There seems to be a nightclub in the area, and you could almost feel the deep base of their sound system. However, the double windows keep the disturbance to a minimum.

The place was easy to find and a good location. The apartment had everything needed and was comfortable and clean, I loved the balcony areas. Water and slippers were given on arrival and water topped up each day which I liked. I would return here as the value for money was brilliant, we stayed with friends for a birthday. The rooftop pool was amazing I loved using it and I never saw anyone else up there so it felt very private

The shower pressure was terrible but this was the only negative thing I could comment on

This spacious clean apartment, with a kitchen, full private bathroom, living room with dining table, a washing machine, comfy bedroom with desk, good AC, good wifi and 2 balconies was a tranquil green oasis. Situated on a busy street, there were shopping, cafés, an ATM and restaurants all within one block. Tuk tuks are easy to find. The building is safe, there is a lift and the adjoining building has a rooftop swimming pool on the 8th(?) floor, but I did not visit. There seems to be someone at the front desk all the time. I found the staff very helpful and google translate always simplifies the exchange. I would go back. Thank you.

The pool area was not that clean.

It was my second time staying at this place which is conveniently located next to a nice BBQ restaurant across the street. First time staying at this place I had a one bedroom which was a lot nicer than the two bedroom.

One of the staff that I interacted with at check-in was a little rude. He got mad at me for asking questions, but he was quite young, so I guess its a pass. The other staff members were really nice. Unfortunate for the one bad apple.

No breakfast was served but the location was good in a quiet area of the city but easily accessible to the city centre by taxi or tuk tuk. We booked a Family Suite for 3 nights and we were extremely satisfied with the level of comfort afforded. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. The staff were warm and friendly. Special mention must be made to Ms Chian Li who went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Entrance to the reception and lift is not disable friendly. The was no ramp for wheelchair and baby strollers and one had to walk up a few stairs to the lobby area. It would be nice to have additional pillows available. There were only 2 pillows / double bed. However our request for additional pillows were immediately fulfilled. The outdoor pool needs some minor refurbishment. The sides of the pool are worn out and the concrete are eroded and rough to the touch.

We loved having so much space compared to a hotel room for about the same price. Staying in an apartment gave us the choice of eating in or eating out since we had a fully equipped kitchen. Would stay at City View Apartments again.

We arrived at the late evening and left early morning, so didn't really have chance to enjoy the place itself. But it was confortable. Also they were happy for us to use the room till we come back (1 hour later than check out time) so it was nice of them. It was just 5min walk to where we needed to go, so it was really nice.

A lot of mosquitos, but this is everywhere in Cambodia, so can't really complain. If they provided some washing powder, it would have been better.

Very spacious apartment. Nice coffee shops around the property. Nice view from balcony. Right beside gym and pool. Handy kitchen and clothes horse. Bright apartment.

Aircon broke in one of the rooms and leaked on the bags. Washroom downstairs is impractical but two upstairs were handy!
