We had an absolutely wonderful stay at KNN Resort Mondulkiri. After a bad experience at another accommodation, arriving here felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and from the very beginning we felt truly taken care of. The hospitality was impeccable — everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the food: everything we tried was delicious and freshly made. It really exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. KNN Resort turned our trip around, and we’re so grateful for the amazing experience. Highly recommended!

The location, the staff and the food were awesome. While our stay, it was so windy and it’s a different type of experience. The manager was awesome and very helpful. Staff speak English and that made the life easy.

If you are a business traveler or a person who really needs to keep in touch with your team working somewhere else online, this is not the place for you. The mobile data coverage is so poor due to the location and even the WiFi was horrible. The resort needs to really improve on WiFi. As a technology man, my advice is put more access points to every villa and also buy more bandwidth. Due to the windy situation, distance between access points are too much which leads to the issue. Also your bandwidth is not enough to cater the guests. At least have an option as normal WiFi free and high speed paid kind of. I really had issues with this internet problem since nature of my job needs connectivity even though on holidays.. rest of this things are awesome.

The staff were great and welcoming, added that they spoke some levels of English. The breakfast/dining area was clean and well-situated. It's also located in a spot near everything else.

At this price point and being more resort-style, I was anticipating isolation from bugs/the outdoors. At night, the bugs would swarm at the doorstep, and later would go into the bathroom and the front of the room. It was a bit difficult to rest peacefully and because very uncomfortable hearing bugs and seeing them when using the bathroom. I wish the door was sealed at the bottom or there was some preventative method.

There is so much to say about this incredible resort! I have stayed in many lovely hotels but no other resort has compared to the very helpful, professional and courteous staff we met at KN&N Resort! From the moment that we arrived, we were were made to feel very welcome as we were warmly greeted by staff and offered a delicious tamarind drink and a cool, refreshing, lemongrass-infused wet facecloth. Situated in the pristine hills of Mondulkiri, the resort is only a short 10 minute ($3.00) Tuk Tuk ride into the centre of town which the hotel staff would arrange for us. The resort is beautiful and very well looked after. The pool area is fantastic with both sunny and shaded areas. We couldn’t bring ourselves to go to another restaurant in town because the food and cocktails here were so delicious! I have never experienced a hotel stay where EVERYONE is so friendly and demonstrates a real desire to make their guests’ stay perfect! We were only supposed to stay for 2 nights but we extended to 3 nights because of the comfortable rooms, the beautiful vistas and the outstanding staff! VERY minor but one room had quite a firm bed but the staff were WONDERFUL in accommodating us with another very comfortable bed and room! Would highly recommend this resort!

Mondulkiri is such a beautiful and unknown Cambodian jewel.. Journeys in the jungle, elephant sanctuaries and a myriad of waterfalls, make this place a MUST when traveling to Cambodia. And while doing so, this resort IS THE PLACE to stay. Breakfast was outstanding! Gorgeous location, you could enjoy your breakfast with wonderful views, beautiful comfy bungalows, infinity pool... The staff was friendly, supper kind and super helpful all the time. We had dinner by the pool, we were allowed to leave our luggage for couple of days while sleeping in the jungle and then when we were back we had a shower on the premises even though we weren't customers anymore. They even organized our journey in the jungle! I wanted to mention all by name, but I lost my notebook on my travel :( Big shout out to you all!

Nothing really

Great breakfast. Service was fast and they worked as a team. Other meals had variety as well. The cocktails were good and always offered with fried peanuts. We stayed for 5 nights and visited the Jahoo Gibbon camp and they have pick up from this hotel.

Maybe a few more hangers for towels in the bath and lighting above the mirrors instead of behind.

Very clean room, amazing pool, lovely staff. When I told them my Wifi wasn’t working, they immediately came to fix it. When I went away for a 2-day jungle tour, they took great care of my luggage. Would definitely recommend staying here.

KNN is a beautiful resort with large comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly, helpful and obliging. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly and helpful, great service. Location is not far from the main town. Breakfast was superb.
