Breakfast is good. Location is nice.

1. Staff are friendly but staff at restaurant should be more helpful to assist customer with simple request. I went with wife and son and 2 of my sisters, but the table has only 4 chairs, I only ask for 1 more chair even the simple chair but this time staff just simply said no, and we are 5 members, a simple chair add up would be helpful for the family gathering sitting pattern. 2. Pool is too deep and no child area. Also at the edges surrounding the pool, it's not safe as there's no wall and no protection (glass or metal). Easy if anyone is not careful to fall down when there's no protection or wall. Should consider setting up protection for safety.

The best hotel with the best manager and staff and immediate service from the staff. They will inform you about everything, arrange taxi tours and everything you need. Great breakfast with a wide variety of products. Very nice pool where the sun sees it all day. The hotel is in the center and within walking distance and you can walk all over the city. In the hotel and in the rooms there peace and quiet without noise. The room's bathroom and shower is always clean and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel for your staying in SIHANOUKVILLE

I like this hotel. Very new, modern, clean and large rooms. Staff was great. Plenty of hot water for showers. Loved the big soaking tub. Air conditioning worked great. View of the sea from the balcony.

No complaints. However, some patio furniture and or a clothes drying rack on the balcony would have been nice.

The hotel is brand new and nicely decorated, at few meters from the beach. Otres is the most beautiful and quieter beach. Staff is helpful and friendly. Very good buffet breakfast and swimming pool.

Otres beach is very isolated and you need a Tuk Tuk ride of about 30 -40 minutes to reach Serendipity beach to go out for dinner at night or the port (in case you want to reach the islands).

The staff were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The bar service was excellent and the food was also very good.

The shower recess leaked and the lifts were temperamental. Our swipe card never worked but the staff were quick to help.

Pleasant stay in the Deluxe Suite. Khmer-style hotel, though with the excellent finishing quality of a Western-type hotel. Internet good.

At the end of breakfast time, they turned off the AC in the breakfast room, effectively "chasing" people out.

The location is a bit far from downtown city. Pool is a bit deep for younger kids and seems to be undone.
