This hotel is absolutely amazing. We had a perfect stay at Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia! Facilities are in top, food is great, pool area nice and luxury. But the best of it, the staff here is so nice! We had a pleasure talking to Sydenham Naga in the morning for breakfast as well as the evening supervisor, H. Sophoeat at dinner time! We were also highly served by kind Mr. Sophal who did a great job helping us with going to Koh Rong Island. And lastly, we must thanks mr. Ladang many many times for his help. We had an issue with my computer, and not only did he find a store who could help us with buying a new one. He also helped us with translation and payment. Mr. Ladang also took us to see the cute monkeys, and welcomed us warmly the first day.

We liked everything! We will definitely come back. The local people are just beyond kind and welcoming! We greatly enjoyed Cambodia!

First and foremost the main reason we enjoyed our stay here is because of the staff. Specifically Kim Ladang was the most kind, generous and thoughtful host and made sure we were so comfortable and at ease. The other staff are very attentive but not overbearing. Very happy smiles everywhere. Buffet breakfast is incredible. Infinity pool and fitness centre are amazing.

This is only a minor observation but perhaps more choice could be provided for the TV channels in the room. For example access to Netflix, Amazon Prime or Apple TV.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Won Majestic Hotel in Cambodia, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the amenities, including the wellness facilities, exceeded my expectations. It was a delight to unwind and rejuvenate in such a tranquil environment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings at the hotel. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. From traditional Cambodian dishes to international cuisine, there was something to satisfy every palate. Overall, my experience at the Won Majestic Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cambodia, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The room with the sea view was modern, spacious and welcoming. And everything was very, very clean. The staff was very friendly. The gym was very well equipped. When we left, Mr. Ladang organized us a world-class transfer to the airport, which was much appreciated. The whole stay was truly a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant where the breakfast is usually served was under renovation, so the breakfast was served in the ballroom. There was really nothing wrong with this arrangement, everything worked just fine. It would just have been nice to see the actual restaurant, since the photos of it in Booking seemed nice. But I'm sure they'll have an even more beautiful breakfast restaurant soon once the renovation is completed.

An extraordinary hotel, with everything you want! Everything is superlative! The hotel staff is attentive and they do everything they can for you so that your stay is successful! I want to especially thank Ladang and Jowran who helped us and solved anything we asked them or needed! I have never encountered such behavior in other hotels where I have stayed. Professionals! We felt wonderful! I really enjoyed my stay at WON Majestic Hôtel in Sinahoukville. It is centrally located, very new hôtel, restaurant and buffet good was really good, good gym and my room with Ocean view very comfortable and clean. Above all, what I appreciated the most was the leadership and very courteous client service by the management. In particular, I would like to warmly thank Mr. Ladang, Ms. Sompho Chor, and Mr. Sophal Khon for their great care, smiles, and hospitality.

Smoking in some common areas. But all hotels seem to be the same.

All the staff were exceptionally professional and helpful. Special mention to acknowledge the great customer service standards of Khon Sophal at concierge. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional with all the staff working to a very high standard. It’s in a town dominated by the influence of Chinese influence and it was their NY but despite this everywhere in the hotel was calm and quiet

The hotel seems to be renovating/ repairing the dining facilities on floor 3 which means all options are now in one big room which lacks any atmosphere or ambiance

Outstanding service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi outside the hotel. The staff in the reception were so welcoming and friendly and also in the restaurant on 1st floor, the woman in charge (sorry forgot her name!) was super friendly and helpful, as well as H Sophoeat and staff at breakfast. The gym, the pool, the rooms, everything was great! The service of the staff was just excellent, the man from the reception (maybe his name was Kim Ladang) even followed us in the car to the ferry pier. And they drove us there for free too. Can highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Won Magestic one night on the way to Koh Rong and had planned to stay at another hotel in Sihanoukville at the end of my trip when i took the ferry back again. BUT the hotel facilities are wonderful and their Customer Experience Manager, Ladang, was so accomodating and helpful, I changed my mind and cancelled the other hotel! My 2nd stay at Won Magestic was again made very comfortable and welcoming by Ladang. Thank you for that. :) It made all the difference and I will gladly stay here again!!

Nothing to dislike

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. Every aspect was flawlessly executed, with the standout being the incredibly courteous staff. Mr. Ladang, in particular, provided invaluable assistance during check-in, gave a thorough tour of the hotel, and ensured a smooth check-out process.

Some Chinese guests make too much noise and have a bad attitude, smoking anywhere, and also don't respect other guests and the cleanliness of the public area
