Overall a nice hotel with decent facilities. The pool is excellent, restaurant is decent, rooms were spacious

One member of my party (separate reservation) had their passport "stolen" -either kept by the front desk staff at check-in, or taken from the room. (A valuable passport as the person is Cambodian, but has a US passport.) This is more of an issue with this area of Cambodia (44 passports stolen in Shihanoukville in January 2024 alone) - but did leave a level of distrust with the hotel

I've stayed here 3 times, rooms are big, very clean and comfortable.

This was an unexpected last-minute trip. My friend didn't bring identification with him as we hadn't planned to go to sihanouk initially, but I did have my iD, and the booking was in my name. The manager made a fuss about my friend not having iD, which made us feel uncomfortable. He then went on to say the word 'strange' as he started to process our booking so i asked him what he was talking about, he then became challenging saying its strange that my friend doesnt have iD with him even though i had explained the reason why. I could completely understand the issue if none of us had ID, but i had already given him my passport. I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past few months, but I'll most likely consider a different hotel next time.

Lovely hotel in ugly surroundings. Good breakfast with western food too, cereal, fried eggs, sausages, baked beans, little mini potatoes. Room was huge, comfy bed and pillows, clean (apart from a half eaten biscuit on the chair and ants all over it). We were on second floor and not soundproof - no double glazing? Noise from street. The pool is an infinite one and is great as open til 10pm. Happy hour cocktails two for 5 dollars which was fabulous from 5pm to 7pm roughly. Foor lovely, we ate on the terrace for dinner, lovely lights and music, nice atmosphere. A stopover before flying to Siem Reap, after staying in Koh Rong Sanloem - thank goodness we did not stay in Sihanoukville for the 3 nights as ugly city.

There was a half eaten biscuit on the chair in the room and ants all over it!

Very friendly staff and good in English. The pool on top has a beautiful view to the Ozean and wss nice. Big room and good bathroom.Everthing was clean. Hotel which locals choose also. The food at restaurant was quite good.

Unfortunately there was a big construction work just aside of the hotel which was unpleasant. The area was not nice and the big Chinese casinos are not nice to look at. The big window did not meet my noise reduction parameters.

Staff were friendly, room was lovely and big. Loved having a bath! Rooftop pool and bar area was really nice and they had two for one cocktails from 5pm.

The surrounding areas aren’t very nice. A lot of construction and the view of old or abandoned buildings. I guess they can’t really help that as most of Sihanoukville looks like that.

The Cambodian owned and managed hotel has very spacious rooms, a big balcony and a modern bathroom. It‘s worth staying here if you‘re traveling to the islands but want to make a stop on the way. The nearby beach (independence beach) is beautiful with some laid back local restaurants. I can also recommend the nice hotel rooftop and the Lab Salad there - amazing! Also the employees are very welcoming and giving their best to the typical Cambodian hospitality. If you want to know about the recent developments in Sihanoukville and some background stories of the hotel, don‘t hesitate to talk to the friendly managers. We would have loved to stay another night.

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious, has wonderful facilities: pool, steam sauna, bar etc. The staff are extraordinarily helpful and accommodating, they helped us with several enquiries. Beautiful, modern room that has everything you need. If you like to stay at the hotel, it's a great choice.

Sihanoukville is a disappointment, the hotel is located in a construction site, buildings and rubbish around. There's nothing in the proximity for shopping, going out or exploring. The beach is not far but unfortunately we arrived too late to go there, so cannot comment. Overall, a great hotel in a bad place.

Very high class hotel, very good value for money, friendly and helpful staff, incredible pool on the 10th. Floor!

Sihanoukvill itself is a horrible place, dirty, noisy, lots of unfinished projects...so the hotel was great, but situated in such an ugly city...go to Sihanoukvill only if you have to, and if you do, definitely choose this hotel

I am delighted with the hotel and its kind staff. Great team! Breakfasts are super, croissants are mesmerizing. Clean, good layout with a view of the sea, you can work on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the city👍🏽

Expectations for the spa were higher, but the pool was generally good. I would like the hot water not to switch to warm when filling the bath. As a result, the water is not so warm and we made do with boiling water from the kettle😁🙂

The breakfast was fantastic, good choice of food everyday. The pool was immaculate and so was the gym. Cleaners were friendly and so were the reception staff - nothing was too much.

The WiFi wasn’t good at all in the room, working from my laptop was impossible as the power surges kept going down and the wifi was impossible unless you sat on 1 side of the room temporarily
