The lobby and rooms are the definition of a luxury hotel, marble and brass literally everywhere, no expense spared. Spacious and incredibly clean, wonderful view over the bay and beach from the balcony. The staff is friendly but with the exception of the head chef and one person in the front desk no one speaks English which sometimes makes things a little difficult. Excellent breakfast. Felt like an oasis in an otherwise strange city. Large outdoor pools on two levels.

In an impressive building like this one would expect a rooftop bar but there is only one restaurant in the middle of the building. The pool areas have no staff and you can’t even order drinks, this was very strange and these areas sometimes felt eerily empty because of it. The security personnel is friendly but the extreme security feels a bit much after a couple of days. It’s basically a “Chinese” hotel, as Europeans we felt welcome but also a bit out of place.

Smell in the room was bad really 🫣, and later when I notice it came from the 🚾 so when I closed the wc door had not any bad smell, but staff should check that cause this kind of luxurious hotel room should smell really good and expensive. Please consider that 👌

wishes for improvement: - Andaman Seaview King room was with a "wonderful" view of the wall. When trying to change the room to another of a similar level, but with a sea view, I ran into a problem. As a result, I had to change to a lower-level room, but with a sea view, they did not return the difference in cost to us (fortunately, it was not big). We were not even offered a more expensive room as an alternative, although we were ready to pay extra. - the air conditioning system on high floors (22nd and 23rd floors for example) did not work perfectly: it cooled the room temperature slowly enough to what you need. But in general it was not critical.

Two major items: 1. Other clientele, mainland Chinese, disregard “No Smoking” sign, they smoke everywhere in the elevators and in the restaurants. This is so obnoxious and offensive to others. 2. The hotel is still undergoing some upgrades, there is currently no easy access to the beach, you need to get out then walk to the back of the hotel or take several detours consisting of multiple elevator rides

I booked into this hotel to make the best out of an unplanned stay in Sihanoukville. It is still a work in progress but the staff seem to be doing their best— especially the manager, a Filipino named Paulo. The birthday cake delivered to the room was a particularly nice touch. Breakfast in the morning is a cornucopian feast. Be sure to say hi to Mr Voon in the restaurant. The view from the Oceanview King Studio is spectacular. The only downside to the hotel is that to reach the pool you have to walk outside and around the back.

I could not get Wyndham points because they are somehow not yet plugged into the chain

I have been at several places for vacation in Cambodia. There could not be any place better. Ocean view from the 16th floor right on the beach. I know other places have views but this one would be hard to top. Everyone was very helpful. Both pools - one close to the beach a little shallower and the upper one - deeper and wider - were great. When you stay here, you have to remember that the building is only partially the hotel. There are people living in the condos also in that building. (Though doesnt seem as many are occupied.) One gave a review that there was sewer plant on the beach. Oops I almost missed it. No smell and I hardly ever noticed it. Beach was fine and cleaner than others we have stayed at. (Might have been the time of year, also) The minor drawbacks of the place which are minor - 1) To get to the pools/beach you have to go through the lobby. Yes wearing flipflops is annoying when others are dressed up. I wish there was another way to get down there, but chalk this one up to the hotel needing to funnel people to the pool area and not with the condo owners. You first have to take an elevator to the lobby floor.. then take a different elevator to the pool. 2) The controls in the room are really modern so there are buttons for lights here and there and everywhere. Figuring this out takes awhile. Other hotels we have been at here also do the same thing. Can we make it more confusing please? 3) The AC is super cold and works great but IF you dont keep it going all the time, you will hear footsteps from the hotel. We swore the steps were right above us, but I dont think they were. Definitely keep the AC on supercold to keep the ac blowing, even if you have to keep a door open to the outside. The room is super quiet when that ac turns off. These 3 things are minor. We would definitely do again. The view, the quality of the place, the bfast was identical to bfasts at Sokha if not better. Understand the minor things, but definitely stay here.

The Breakfast is very nice and tastes good and very enjoyable by having breakfast with almost panoramic view of the sea. The hotel is right in front of the beach. It is good to book sea view room for better scenery. Check in counter staffs and concierges as well as the breakfast counter staffs are very friendly.

I do not like the attitude of the security staffs. Not welcome, no manner.
