It was an excellent experience at XinHao Hotel, I would like to thanks Mr. Tom informed me more information not only for Hotel also including the City, really helpful for me to more familiar Sihanoukville City. Also enjoy the time at hotel especially for the super swimming pool and the beach.

We loved everything about this hotel - aesthetic, room, location. Honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed for this price. We were so happy and pleasant with our stay! If you’re looking for a comfortable stay at an amazing price point, Zhou Ji xin Hao Hotel is the one for you as it was for us.

This was a wonderful place to chill out. The pool and the beach were excellent and very quiet. Everything was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here.

I'm a Muslim and would like to suggest having a HALAL kitchen so that u might attract more Muslim customers. And that will bring more revenue to the business.

The pool and the beach front.

The staff was rude and only welcome Chinese guests. The hotel required a cash deposit of 200$ / each room which wasn't disclosed in the checkout of my reservation. I Didn't feel welcome there because it seems like they only focus on Chinese guests not the locals. What a shame!!!

The interior room is nice and luxury. There is mini speaker with clock which I found quite useful. swimming pool is excellent and clean.

the beach is not nice compared to other beaches in sihanoukville, no benches on the beach, can't find place to sit or rest on the beach. Breakfast is not many choices but the taste is good.

they didn't had any information English, not even menu. and the sadest thing that is was only in Chinese. my room was no-smoking room, but pillow and blanket even had a smell of cigarettes.

It is a smoking hotel; very bed smell of smoking, air and carpet impregnated of nicotine everywhere. Stained Carpets. Only Chinese style breakfast to be ordered the day before that was orribile (except fruit). Breakfast included few choices and nothing really international. The only option we could eat included salad(Asian style), toast, jam, fruit. Toast was too much soft. They called us for breakfast at 7.15 and said that we weren’t going to have breakfast right away it was going to be cold (even if breakfast time was indicated until 9). Coffe was undrinkable. We left the hotel and went to have breakfast at Starbucks. Only option for dinner is Chinese restaurant When you arrive they scan all your luggage for security (only place where they did in all Cambodia).
