The location, as our trip to Drumheller wasn't that far away. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything

One housekeeper knocked on our door at 10 am saying that I had a perfume smell coming out of my room. Yes, mam, you did. The sink is right beside the back entrance.( Door was closed). I was spraying hair spray! Well, your smell is bothering me. Im sorry, I felt so bad for her! As a housekeeper myself, I couldn't understand why she felt the need to do that, she didnt clean our room. All we asked for was towels. Nope, she wouldn't even give us towels.. I went to the front desk later that day and got towels, and asked if this was a scent free hotel, to which I was told no!. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing Thank you, Bassano, for our comfortable stay! We appreciate you!

Good Location and good price

The sheets smelled funny, they were clean but maybe fabric detergent used was not the best, also not many options to eat on the evening either

Staff was friendly and check in and check out was a breeze!

Our bathroom floors, toilet and tub had hair all over them. Not just a little hair…I ended up cleaning it all but in hindsight should’ve asked for a different room. The carpets also appeared dirty with some sort of confetti visible so obviously not vacuumed

What a great find! Super clean, well appointed and spacious room. Just off the highway but quiet. Excellent value for the price of the room. Included breakfast. Would recommend and will definitely stay again when driving through.

Location was great. Liked that you could enter from inside or outside. Room was bigger than expected. Clerk recommended a restaurant for supper. She was right, a very good place to eat. Room was very quiet.

The hot breakfast. A wrap you warm up in the microwave isn’t our idea of a hot breakfast.

The breakfast was okay. Just like our previous night’s stay, not the selection one would have in larger centres.

While we had a better selection than the day before, the selection of food had been well picked over. I guess that’s the downside of having an excellent sleep.

Every thing the room was well equipped and very clean, as we have relatives in Bassano we will be back for sure.

Exceptional room for the price. Squeaky clean, right on the highway.

Limited options for dinner, only a Subway and a local dinner nearby.

Comfortable spacious clean room with kitchenette, desk, and table. Friendly helpful staff.

No ice. No working internet. Breakfast items limited.

Room was clean and had lots of space. There was a bar fridge, counter and sink plus a table for dining at. The AC worked well and the hotel was really quiet.

The pillows were way too big.
