It was a pleasant surprise to have such a spacious place (with a queen bed, a couch, 3 chairs, a dinner table with 2 folded leaves) and a fully equipped kitchen, all for $70! Very clean, AC works quiet, a bit outdated carpet, but again, it's clean. Location is great, we walked everywhere.

Pillows were a bit lumpy, also you can hear outside noises when cars coming and going, but it's expected in motels.

It's clean and comfortable. Here also close to some fast food restaurants and supermarket. Front desk were really nice. Comparing to the price, it's very worth it to stayed here.

Some of lamps in my room which can not use. The air conditioner was noisy when it operating. It's hard to find the power of electricity in the room. And here only has two floors, so here without elevator.

Good price for a clean place to sleep for the night. Excellent water pressure. Walmart is about a block away if you need anything, and the pizza place next door was good.

The Plains is a typical 1970s style motel and is therefore a bit dated in decor. Comfortable, but definitely out of style.

Good amenities, nice sized room, clean and very reasonably priced. Great to have a decent sized fridge and microwave in room. Disposable plates and cups a nice extra. Ample hot water and no issues with wifi. Convenient location and quiet. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again when in Brooks!

Beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows are small. The a/c wasn't the coldest, but these were minor inconveniences and offset by the low room cost..

Friendly staff, clean rooms

I cant think of anything except older rooms, which isnt really a problem.

The staff was welcoming and efficient. The older building was clean and well kept. Room was quiet and had everything you need.
