Room was very nice and very clean. We liked having the sofa and the extra counter/storage space. Very nice for the price. Bathroom was large and shower worked great.

The bed was very hard. Woke up with sore hips and didn't sleep very well. Went to a concert, then visiting family. We got back hoping to go to the casino for an hour or so but it closed early for Good Friday. Understandable.

We stayed here because we were participants in the MS bicycle ride fundraiser. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were also surprised that we received complimentary dinner vouchers. We will come back and use those another day.

The shower did not get hot. I suppose it was because there were a bunch of people who all checked in at the same time that had just finished a 5 hour bicycle ride.

The breakfast meal included wasn't really that good at all. You can eat all you want on their breakfast buffet but the quality of the food is very low. Would have preferred a order off the menu option. We booked a room with a separate bedroom that had a livingroom and kitchenette. It was worth the extra money for us to have the additional comfort. Front desk staff was very friendly. They got hit with multiple check ins when we arrived and worked diligently to cycle through the guests efficiently. Was a good stay, although I donated heavily on the roulette table that night haha

The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are all super friendly and helpful......front desk, the Casino staff, the cleaning staff and the waitresses in Rosie's. We ended up staying an extra day due to car issues, and couldn't ask for better service!

Convenient for us, very quiet

No food on site , even though there was a huge sign advertising daily food specials, the pool was alright but needed a drain and clean badly. The breakfast was alright, could have used a refresh but not many were at the hotel. The parking....filled up fast so u had to park down by the casino.alot of handicap parking though. The business centre was a old computer in the lobby. The place needed a good vacuuming. I can't complain..it was what it was. I believe reviews should be upfront and honest

The jacuzzi tub was amazing and the room was huge The breakfast buffet was also good.

The lounge was supposed to be serving food until 11pm and or room service but it was all closed up by 10 pm. And there was no phone in the room to call for room service. Was good and will be back again!

This could be the best hotel in the world. Perfect for families who want separate rooms without a huge price. Usually the pool area is open, and it's fantastic. Everything you need in one place!

I like everything.

The room was beautiful, the jacuzzi tub was huge and the bed was very cozy. The meal vouchers were a lovely touch, especially since the food was very good.

Not much for tv options. Finding a way to add netflix for guests to login into their own account would make a huge difference.

Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday.

Room had 2 beds but did not have seating for 2. Plug ins for charging phones, etc were in inconvenient places. Cable tv was terrible. None of the interesting channels were available.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating with the handicap room for my 90-year-old aunt

The casino was very unsuccessful, would not return to that casino didn’t pay out, hardly at all very unenjoyable
