The staff was top notch, the rooms were perfect and so clean. The breakfast was delicious. I will 100% be staying there again

The weekend we were there, there was a teens soccer tournament and the kids were out after 11pm running around in the field behind the hotel.m and banged on our door mistakenly at 10:45 pm scaring my family. Honestly, there wasn't much the staff could do and they handled it as best they could being as the kids werent being very well supervised by their parents. It was the only issue our entire stay.

Staff was accommodating and and very welcoming to our family pet. Breakfast buffet had many choices and always a welcome bonus.

A Group of baseball teams occupied the hotel for a tournament. The guests were less concerned about others, running up and down the halls at night for loudly. Clearly a reflection of parenting as none were in proximity of the noisy culprits.

We have stayed in this hotel many many times. We often visit Camrose as my mom in law lives in town there. She has a small place so we always get a room at this hotel. They accomodate pets and are very good about it. We have nothing to complain about. I just wish that "frequent flyer" miles were applied...stay 9 nights get the 10th free....or stay 2 nights get the 3rd free. LOL

Oh, breakfast is always something I have an issue with. The eggs aren't real and they rarely have bacon. The sausages are ok, but they upset my stomach later for some reason. If they made real eggs and added more bacon to the menu that would be awesome...or even some boiled eggs maybe.

Very nice and spacious room. .Bed was very comfortable. The waterslide was exciting and fast. Great warm hot tub by the pool. Tried the exercize room. Had a good variety of work out equipment. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious. Cooked very well by the staff. Look forward to staying here again.

We love staying at the canalta! The location is great. Super easy to find and close to many amenities. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The rooms are very clean and so spacious! We love having access to the pool. And the free hot breakfast is a huge bonus ! We will stay here again!

Everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with pillows and coffee. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had trouble with the iron in the room and they brought me another one and even tested it first. The hot breakfast buffet is delicious. We always love our stay.

The pool is too deep for young kids to play. The placement of the TV in the room didn't make sense. It was the opposite side of the room from the couch. It could have been placed in the middle so it could be enjoyed from the couch or the bed.

The breakfasts was amazing! Also loved the little convenience store in the lobby.

The pool deck was dirty and slimy. No extra blankets in the room for the sofa bed. My daughter woke up cold with the one little blanket that was on the bed and I didn’t want to go downstairs to the lobby at 2am looking for a blanket.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in a very long time, super clean, very comfy beds, great stay all around and a decent price.

I would say maybe a few more tables where they serve the food as it was packed pretty much the whole time they served breakfast so we ended up going somewhere else to eat.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the accomadation was clean and very comfortable. Great pillows, bed spa like Loved it all! Great location, close to shopping and other amenities. Would definitely return.

We found the accomadation, breakfast & staff to be very good. No negatives. We would definitely return for another stay if we are in the area.
